Position Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative functional rehabilitation services and goal-oriented rehabilitation programs for insured persons receiving short- and long-term disability benefits.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively, in person or in-person, with colleagues, policyholders, insureds, physicians and other health care professionals to deliver complex and sometimes difficult messages.
* Work with our policyholders to develop creative solutions for return-to-work plans.
* Contribute to the overall profitability of the disability department by accelerating the return to health and sustainable return to work of insured persons.
* Effective budget management
* Supplier management: ensuring that we provide our policyholders with the most effective and efficient services.
Required Qualifications:
* Hold a relevant university degree (health, mental health, psychology, HR or other)
