Working with the residents and making relationships with them is great!

Management seems to careless about staff, there always seems to be call off's making it hard on everyone else. Moral is low always. No on boarding time is given to new employee's, they are just thrown in the mix. Finger pointing and back stabbing are the norm. Limited space to keep equipment. Promises are made but, never kept.

The CNAs are exceptional great with the residents. They serve them well and are respectful of the residents dignity and independence.

It smelled funny.

Medical benefits are very expensive

They give you an extra birthday/float holiday
