Troubleshoot and repair all aspects and types of HVAC equipment including but not limited to motor replacement, belt replacement, blower/condenser replacement, condenser cleaning and filter changes. Often coordinates and oversees outside vendors and contractors completing work in bank buildings, coordinating security access, parking, work schedule, liability insurance verification, and clean-up. Performs custodial maintenance as needed. Cleans equipment and work areas. Establishes priorities for own workload based upon such factors as need for immediate action, work objectives, work schedule, knowledge of future needs, etc.
* Participate with preventive maintenance and energy management program as part of computerized maintenance management system. Completes daily service requests and enters completed requests' information into the computer. Participates with follow up communication and service with customers. Completes visual inspections and reports at least weekly, provides them to maintenance manager, generate service requests and assists with completion of deficit items on reports. Monitors, troubleshoots, and operates computerized energy management system checking HVAC unit temperatures and operation. Completes some maintenance on RTU's, cooling towers, boilers, and chillers. - Perform general and preventative maintenance and repairs in downtown buildings, parking garages, Wichita radius branch banks including Dillon's branches, and out-of-town branches: Complete service assignments involving numerous trades and significant skills in maintenance and repairs which can include but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, light bulb, and ballast replacement, ceiling tile replacement, door repairs, lock replacement, furniture moving, and other maintenance as needed. Responsible for determining appropriate work methods, tools and materials for assignments. Possess significant knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facilities maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair all aspects and types of HVAC equipment including but not limited to motor replacement, belt replacement, blower/condenser replacement, condenser cleaning and filter changes. Often coordinates and oversees outside vendors and contractors completing work in bank buildings, coordinating security access, parking, work schedule, liability insurance verification, and clean-up. Performs custodial maintenance as needed. Cleans equipment and work areas. Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Establishes priorities for own workload based upon such factors as need for immediate action, work objectives, work schedule, knowledge of future needs, etc.
- Participate with preventive maintenance and energy management program as part of computerized maintenance management system. Completes daily service requests and enters completed requests' information into the computer. Participates with follow up communication and service with customers. Completes visual inspections and reports at least weekly, provides them to maintenance manager, generate service requests and assists with completion of deficit items on reports. Monitors, troubleshoots, and operates computerized energy management system checking HVAC unit temperatures and operation. Completes some maintenance on RTU's, cooling towers, boilers, and chillers. Job Summary: Provide expert advice in specialty areas for Retirement participants, including Advise U and other financial planning curriculum as part of NestEgg U. The Advisor will have direct responsibility for the implementation of the NestEgg U employee communication plan for a designated group of clients. This shall include scheduling, preparation and conducting group meetings and Advise U meetings as required. In addition, will provide customized education services to larger clients and will assist in design and implementation of future web and seminar initiatives. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's character qualities.
Essential Functions:

- Possess advanced understanding of a wide range of subject matters including but not limited to investments, asset allocation, financial planning, budgeting and retirement plans.
- Develop and deliver personalized Advise U Financial Plans to identified participants
- Consult and manage Advise U clients and individual participant relationships on at least an annual basis.
- Ability to deliver first class group meetings around any number of retirement plan topics.
- Ability to discuss investment principles and appropriate age-based asset allocation.
- Work closely with IFS and Wealth Advisors on rollover opportunities.
- Build outstanding client relationships by providing a high-quality client experience in all interactions.
- Schedule, prepare, hold and execute on NestEgg U services for new plans to INTRUST including blackout notice, fund mapping, transition timeline etc.
- Special communication for plan design changes (Roth, automatic enrollment, suspension of match).
Education and Experience: College degree preferred or at least 3 - 5 year of previous financial planning and/or investment management experience including direct contact with retirement plan clients and/or individual participants.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Client Centered Focus. Self-motivated and a team player. Knowledge and understanding of retirement plans. Experience with individual financial planning and retirement income strategies a plus. Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills required. Ability to develop and maintain relationships. Must be detail oriented and able to provide a high degree of customer service. Excellent client consultative and communication skills, both written and oral are a must. Strong sales orientation and a passion for putting clients first.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Prefer one or more of the following professional designations: CFP , CRPS, AIF, CPFA.
Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time viewing personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Considerable amount of travel in car to client meetings. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
