Early in his career, Sanjay realized that - although he could write code - he was better at helping people use it. That’s why, as a customer-driven CEO, he is determined to deliver Commvault solutions that impact the business and lives of our customers. Sanjay joins Commvault from the software maker Puppet, where he served as CEO for more than two years. During his tenure at Puppet, he grew the user base of Puppet’s open source and commercial solutions to more than 40,000 companies, including 75 percent of the Fortune 100. He grew Puppet’s global presence, opening new offices in Seattle, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Timisoara, Romania. Prior to that, he spent two decades in senior leadership roles at Microsoft, VMware and EMC Corp. As a “global citizen,” Sanjay’s move to Commvault’s New Jersey headquarters is a return to his roots. He has family in the New Jersey area and is on the board of directors at Drew University, his alma mater. In addition to his board role at Drew, where he studied computer science and math, he serves on the boards of Datameer, Portland Center Stage and Puppet. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. A father of two adult daughters, he recognizes and supports the importance of diversity in the workplace. He is also a “ridiculously passionate” fan of cricket - which is a source of good-natured teasing from his daughters.

Michael Walsh is a Board Member at Forter and CEO, Cybersource Corporation at Cybersource and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Advisor at Control. Michael studied at University of California Irvine between 1986 and 1991.

Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2006, previously holding the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services. Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Ghilani spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. As President & COO, Ghilani lead corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for both SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), as well as for technology consulting services firm, UBICS, Inc. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

Dr. J. Patrick Kennedy is the CEO and majority owner of OSIsoft. Under Dr. Kennedy's visionary leadership, the company has grown from a small software startup in 1980 to a highly profitable global corporation. Prior to founding the company, Dr. Kennedy worked as a research engineer for Shell Development Company and as an applications consultant for Taylor Instrument Company. Dr. Kennedy attended the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. A registered professional engineer in control systems engineering, he holds a patent on a catalytic reformer control system. He co-authored a chapter of the book ''Planning, Scheduling and Control Integration in the Process Industries,'' C. Edward Bodington, ed. (McGraw-Hill Co., 1995), and is the author of numerous papers.

Kevin is the Chief Executive Officer at Rackspace, the industry leader in managed services across applications, data, security and infrastructure on the world’s leading cloud platforms. Rackspace works with companies across all industries to accelerate and execute digital transformation of their technology infrastructure. With more than 30 years’ experience in the technology services sector, Kevin has been a change leader with a track record of leading significant business transformations. He is a passionate advocate for employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and believes that people and culture are a key differentiator in business. Prior to joining Rackspace, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer of MV Transportation where he and his team achieved the highest revenue in the company’s history, increased new business sales by 440% and achieved record levels of profitability. He also held global leadership roles at EDS, Dell, HPE (roles before and after the company split in 2014) and DXC. He has consistently driven double-digit revenue growth and profitability throughout his career. Most recently, Kevin was named to the Business Journals’ “Influencers: People We’re Watching in 2020.” Kevin received his BBA from James Madison University and serves as a board member for Rackspace and Mood Media. He is an avid tennis player, triathlete, golfer, runner, husband and father of two boys. Dave McLean, a general partner, joined Sevin Rosen Funds in 2004. He has 22 years of operating experience with technology companies in marketing, engineering and business- development roles. Currently Dave focuses on deals in Web-based, information services, including the consumerization of the enterprise, as well as in novel M2M technologies associated with the ?the Internet of things?. He also pursues investments in neurotechnology, focusing on devices and diagnostics to accelerate treatments and cures for brain and nervous-system diseases.

Pete McChrystal is a President and CEO at Accent Technologies and is based in Melbourne, Florida. He has worked as Infantry Officer at United States Army. Pete attended West Point-United States Military Academy between 1980 and 1984.
