In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of transmission lines that deliver electricity from power plants to homes and businesses. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of power.
Responsibilities:
* Design and analyze transmission line systems, including structures, conductors, and foundations.
* Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution.
* Utilize advanced software tools for modeling and simulation of transmission line performance.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 3 years of engineering experience related to transmission line projects
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
* EIT or ability to obtain
* Experience with transmission line design and analysis software (e.g., PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE).
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license.
* Strong understanding of electrical and structural engineering principles.

The ideal candidate for this position has:
Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
Requisitioning and stocking of all required food, paper products, and condiments
Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
Responsible for set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of any machinery and equipment
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality
Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
Takes responsibility for quality of products served
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
Other duties as assigned

As part of our Co-op Program, you will participate as a valuable member of the engineering team by working directly with engineering professionals to design, develop and implement solutions. You should be a current electrical engineering undergraduate student interested in working for an organization built on respect for all and who is excited to learn about the utilities industry!
What You'll Do:
* Perform a variety of basic engineering tasks to assist in the production of plans, specifications, reports, diagrams, and engineering documents with supervision by other engineers and supervisors.
* Program Timeline: Looking for all semesters in 2026
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Must be enrolled in an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program and be studying a related design field
* Electrical engineering major
* Located near our ENTRUST Cincinnati office and willing to work a hybrid schedule
* Sophomore to Senior status for the 2026-2027 school year
