Pros of working at Enchanted Rock

We had snacks always available and many cool coworkers.The building is in a really cool area downtown.

We definitely have busy months (summer time) and not so busy months (winter time)

What do you like best about Enchanted Rock's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO is incredibly patient and open minded. He is always asking what you're working on and seems genuinely interested.

How would you improve Enchanted Rock's culture?

I think the company culture could be improved with more events. We had a lot for a while, but it seems to have slowed down over the last year or so.

How did you prepare for the Enchanted Rock interview?

I prepared by refreshing on my previous project experiences that I knew were associated with the role.

How does your compensation at Enchanted Rock compare to the industry average?

In my experience, the compensation is about average to above average
