This individual will be looking at wireless tickets and requests through their ticketing system cue. This person is customer facing and will be calling customers and assisting them with wireless network issues and helping troubleshoot. They will also be working on several projects including looking at several wireless areas of the hospital that may have low signal and need to be reassessed. Also, they will continue to monitor wireless enterprise and make recommendations for changes following the change management process to provide the best wireless experience.
