Jennifer R. Bass, JD, SHRM-SCP is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Encino Energy and is based in Houston, Texas. Tim studied at Stanford University between 1971 and 1976.

Ray Walker is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Range Resources Corporation since January 2014. Ray joined Range in 2006 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Environment, Safety and Regulatory and Senior Vice President of Marcellus Shale where he led the development of the Range’s Marcellus Shale division. Ray is a petroleum engineer with more than 35 years of oil and gas operations and management experience having previously been employed by Halliburton in various technical and management roles, Union Pacific Resources and several private companies in which he served as an officer. Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University.
