Site Feasibility
The Vice President will quickly gather and analyze preliminary information related to potential sites, including site quality and location, development trends in the submarket, comparable apartment sites, impact fees, and real estate taxes. They will also develop an initial strategy for the type of product to be built, including unit mix, scope of amenities, and other key project features aimed at attracting the target demographic and achieving the required rent levels.
Due Diligence
The Vice President will lead and manage the due diligence process for projects under contract. This includes collecting and overseeing the review of all potential risks and value drivers, such as title documents, project entitlements, environmental reports, soils analyses, and more. They will also coordinate with due diligence and design consultants to ensure thorough and efficient assessments.
Preparing Financial Packages

Job Description
Support new BD work streams including but not limited to due diligence, contract development, and partner set up
Liaise with Reporting team to develop robust tracking and analytics to effectively manager new partners
Maintain daily management of partner
Manage data and analytics - monitor KPIs and serve as US lead on reporting; Provide timely updates to multiple stakeholders
Serve as go to for Field Enablement and help launch new partnerships (internal and external)
Build and deliver training sessions for relationship based sales channels
Partner closely with multiple teams including FXIP Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and internal business partners to develop training materials and partner terms and conditions
Review, assess, and synthesize launch learnings to make informed recommendation on longer term partnership relationships
Identify key opportunities plus any gaps in technology, sales knowledge, FXIP processing knowledge etc.
Champion of Best practice and serve as communication liaison officer between business units; Action all process change requirements
Liaise with FXIP Marketing appropriate and enhance selling tools ie. sell sheet, sales deck, build product demo
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA Preferred
Polished written and verbal communication skills; proven success building and leading presentations
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and cultivate solid partner relationships
Excellent analytical, organizational, and strong project management skills with capacity to manage multiple priorities
Accountability-driven and execution-focused, committed to creating a partnership program fully aligned to the business goals with measureable results
Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
Professional presence, positive attitude and friendly personality
Working knowledge of SalesForce.com and relationship based Middle Market and Large Market sales are advantageous

THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaboration with GSIs:
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at GSIs to drive alignment across key solution and vertical priorities.
* Create and attain joint business plans to achieve business goals, including marketing strategies and partnership models
* Work closely with the GSI executives and teams to align strategies, elevating customer and executive alignment to maximize mutual success across AMD priorities
* Maintain operational excellence of pipeline reporting, partnership fund management, and escalation management, through regular cadences - weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews
* Collaborate with internal and partner teams to plan and execute sales campaigns, workshops, roadshows, events, etc to increase AMD's market awareness to generate opportunities and customer success stories.
* Ensure GSI partnership adheres to AMD legal framework and requirements.
* Oversee existing partner programs and manage the process of onboarding new partner programs
* Recognized 'voice of customer' to influence operations, business unit priorities.
Program Management & Operational Excellence:
* Drive programs, lead and optimize operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement best practices to streamline processes and build rigor to enhance the overall sales workflow.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
* Leverage data analytics to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales strategies (ROI).
Market Intelligence:
* Stay abreast of market trends, be informed on competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Partner with market intelligence teams to inform sales strategies and identify segmentation and growth opportunities.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
