The Service Coordinator supports the service department.

Specific Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through communication, scheduling and follow-through in line with core values of the organization
Coordinate schedule for Service Technicians and ensure provision required items to perform their role
Own and execute administrative tasks and event duties for the service department
Work Order Processing
Answer calls from customers on service line
Create work orders received from service line or pass information to Account Managers
Evaluate new work orders for completion and accuracy
Track deadlines and communicate with customers to schedule work in timely manner
Maintain scheduling board, run weekly scheduling meeting, and input assignments
Review previous day's assignment statuses and notes, and coordinate any outstanding items with Supervisors or Service Technicians, or move to billing status
Answer calls from Service Technicians
Check and escalate or action internal feedback on daily basis
Update customer contact information as necessary
Maintain multiple customer portals
Order material, equipment, or subcontracting from vendors and coordinate delivery
Uphold Service Pledge and Work Order Process
Coordination and support to Service Technicians
Process departmental onboarding and offboarding of technicians and apprentices
Make updates to accounts for Field Connect, Encore store, etc.
Create and maintain new van binders as needed
Assign/request repairs for cell phones, iPads and their software
Maintain Service Technician uniform inventory
Assist with vehicle fleet management assignments and spare van coordination
Record management and administrative needs
Create and update department documents and records
Process, record and audit PTO requests for the department
Create on-call schedule and coordinate updates with on-call service
Miscellaneous office administration to support the department
Event planning
Plan weekly and monthly meetings, including calendar invitations, room reservations, and catering
Request and make arrangements for safety, iPad, or other training as required
Plan and host annual department events
Plan quarterly office birthday celebrations, and send cards to field personnel
Coordinate with Account Managers the distribution of holiday gifts and cards to customers

The **Superintendent** is a critical part of the project team estimating, developing, and executing the integrated project plan. Responsibilities:
Be Safe - Safety is our number one priority. Follow company and client worksite practices and policies.
Proactive and reactive support and maintenance of AV systems and components at designated customer sites.
Identify, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving AV Systems.
Responsible for maintaining and operating audio-video equipment used in the recording and distribution of multi-channel audio and video.
Install low voltage wiring and cable; solder and terminate connectors; wire equipment racks; and assemble equipment/devices using the appropriate supports/mounts.
Advanced troubleshooting problems and repair of equipment such as digital audio recorders, audio systems, microphones, audio mixers, DSP processors, associated cabling and other multimedia equipment.
Performing Audio and Visual checks, remediating issues prior to meetings and presentations.
Maintains and grows customer relationships within established SLAs.
Provide regular progress updates for current and outstanding incidents or project related tasks.
Able to demonstrate soft skills which includes listening, attentiveness, clear communication, humble confidence, positive body language, self-control, empathy and patience.
Qualifications:
Strong organization and time management skills with an ability to understand priorities and work efficiently with little supervision.
Must be able to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies.
Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues.
Ability to read and interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and construction plans.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word.
Experience with related technologies such as security, VOIP, IT, and telecom.
CTS Certification preferred.
Other industry certifications a plus (Cisco, Biamp, Extron, Crestron or AMX).
Familiarity with uploading code for AMX, Crestron and Extron control systems.
Detail oriented.
Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative be able to communicate clearly.
Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
Must have a good command of the English language in order to provide effective phone, desk-side, and email support.
Must have an acceptable driving record and current driver license.
Must be able to pass required background check and drug test.
Must be able to travel regionally at times.
