In 1979, Autry C. Stephens formed a sole proprietorship and drilled his first well, the McClintic B-30 #2, in the Spraberry Field of Midland County.
In 2000, Stephens transformed his sole proprietorship into Endeavor Energy Resources, LP. Over the years, his continued focus led to building multiple service companies that include trucking, roustabout, well service, wireline, vehicle maintenance and construction services.
With over 35 years of experience in the Midland Basin Endeavor re-focused its development strategy in 2016 on a new horizontal drilling program.
In 2016, Stephen’s brought on new leadership to continue his vision and growth for Endeavor.
