Summary
The Direct Sourcing Agent will align with business unit and manage assigned site sourcing activities. Identify supply chain reliability and cost reduction opportunities, continuously improve sourcing process, lead sourcing initiatives and facilitate supplier selection process. Support the daily procurement activities of the site.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and proactively with Key Stakeholders to help create, implement, lead, and maintain a robust strategy for assigned categories.
Prioritize and execute raw material orders.
Lead and manage the supplier qualification, RFP events, supplier selection, contract development, implementation, and ongoing supply base management process.
Craft negotiation strategies to close deals with optimal terms.
Develop a deep understanding of assigned categories and the supplier marketplace.
Build and manage relationships with the internal customers and the suppliers that make up the supply base.
Help conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost containment and improvement opportunities.
Identify and display sourcing best practices in procurement.
Work with Quality to resolve complaints.
Work with Accounts Payable to resolve claims and discrepancies.
Participate in internal audits.
Demonstrate a measurable reduction in year over year total cost of ownership for the goods and/or services being sourced without compromising current quality and/or service levels.
Identify alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risk and drive item and process cost reductions.
Develop and maintain an Opportunity Analysis across CAPEX, facilities and other site-managed expenses.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Chemistry, or Engineering required
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years sourcing experience
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Chemical Industry knowledge is a plus, nut not needed
CPM or CPSM a plus
Experience with JDE/BPCS/AD400 a plus
Other Skills:
Proven track record of implementing change
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Strong negotiation and project management skills
Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite

Job Description
The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will be a part of Milestone Pharmaceuticals new sales team provided by EVERSANA that will be launching a new therapy in the cardiovascular therapeutic space. The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting Milestone Pharmaceuticals new therapy to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indications, and all other developments related to promoted product(s). The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $76,935 to $177,882. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Function independently with sales proficiency to drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Successfully complete training requirements, including product examinations.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed care information relative to your assigned sales territory.
Partner with your District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director to develop a local strategy and business plan to generate recognizable increases of sales in your territory.
Capitalize on formulary approvals and other opportunities through effective implementation of the Strategic Targeting Plans by using a wide variety of promotional, personnel resources and analytical tools to enhance effectiveness in assigned sales territory, based on local assessment of customer needs.
Provide special education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs that fall within AstraZeneca's ethical guidelines.
Work with Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists around common objectives to coordinate selling efforts.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree

What you will do
Under specific direction is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. This role manages a defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers, aiming to broaden patient reach and drive greater utilization of APM technologies across care settings.
The Smart Recovery Sales Specialist is designed for experienced sales professionals who will manage and grow relationships with large-scale healthcare organizations, including integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and major hospital systems. This role will be responsible for calling on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care medicine, cardiac surgeons and EP Lab. Primary products include FloTrac Sensor, ClearSight cuff, Acumen IQ cuff/sensors and ForeSight used for continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring and/or tissue oximetry devices utilized in outpatient surgeries. These products assist in enhanced surgical recovery, hypotension management, sepsis and shock management.
This role drives business growth within new and existing accounts by identifying opportunities and closing deals, while also analyzing performance gaps and executing short-term regional strategies to meet sales targets.
