You will provide whole-person care for and lead the clinical management of complex patients with diabetes and its associated comorbidities. We are looking for a forward-thinking, innovative, clinically excellent endocrinologist to deliver high quality, high impact diabetes care to Devoted Health plan members with poorly controlled diabetes. You will join Devoted Medical Specialty Care as the inaugural endocrinology attending. You will join a vibrant, dynamic Devoted Medical specialty care team of around 100 health care professionals across six clinical programs, all of whom embody a culture of treating every patient like their own family. Required skills and experience: You believe strongly in an innovative, value-based approach to diabetes care focused on clinical quality, patient experience, shared decision making, and improved access to endocrinology services. You are board certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified or Board Eligible in endocrinology (new fellowship graduates are welcome). You must be comfortable delivering virtual-first diabetes care through telehealth appointments, remote monitoring, in-home diagnostics, and collaboration with community primary care providers (PCPs).
