Provide patient counseling, education, and shared decision-making regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and medication management. Perform neurologic procedures as credentialed (examples include Botox injections, lumbar puncture, EMG/NCS, EEG interpretation). Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including internal medicine, pain management, behavioral health, and rehabilitation services. Accurately document care using VA electronic health systems (training provided). Participate in clinic process optimization and contribute to quality-focused initiatives.
