Does leadership effectively guide Endries International toward its goals?
A very few small select associates.
Everything. The pay is horrible. A lot of backstabbing and 2 leads that constantly tattle to the warehouse Manger. Endless hours mandatory overtime including every weekend. No work/home life balance. Constantly lie to you. Warehouse manager is not a nice person. If the leads don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you.,especially the female younger lead. She is about the boys and if they are looking at her. You are not a valued member of the team you are only a number.no reward for the ones that are there all the time or with years of service. Hr team is no help and neither is the DC manager.
Going out to smoke
I dont
The horrible management of the warehouse manager and his boss. No reward for the hard working people. If the leaders don't like you they will get rid of you. If you are not a pet of the warehouse manager and his circle they will make it miserable for you to work there. Horrible pay and benefits. Endless overtime. 50 plus hours and mandatory Saturdays. No appreciation for the work you do.
There is none
Seeing a few select coworkers every day
Its very cold in the warehouse and they won't turn the heat up. The furnace hasnt worked all week and maintenance didnt do anything about it. Management team hasn't a clue and doesn't care about you.your just a number there and can be replaced. The pay is awful and whats worse is that some people have been there many years and don't make more than 12.00 and new people start and can make more than them and they are the one that call in all the time.
Telling people not to work here
Work is rather easy. Can do whatever you want like taking longer breaks, call in at least one time a week and never show up to work a required Saturday. No point system anymore they claim per management!
The favorites just keep doing what they want less work more talking with management during working hours. Overtime is endless never goes away, so you don't have any family life.
Nothing.
You can do whatever
People, lack of responsibility, Zero management skills. This place is backwards. They used to have a skill block raise for employees who wanted to learn more. They dont have it anymore. Now the employees who can do everything make just as much as someone who refuses to learn new thing. The pay scale is random. And if you ever get a pay increase its never move than 30 cents. The company has tried hundreds of new things yet nothing every works to make the warehouse better. Also were on overtime 60 hour a week. When they do your interview they try to sugar coat it but the overtime they ask for is a never end road no matter if we're behind or caught up.
Its a huge a comedy show
It’s like experiencing a soap opera Some cool and nice people
The management is pretty old and shady. They like glorify and praise the weak employees, they like them because they are their little yes-men. There aren’t any leaders in the warehouse. The warehouse manager is two-faced, belittles people, and does a good job of not understanding how to keep his word. Don’t trust him as he has no clue to what is going on. The guy above him is just as useless, has no idea as to what is happening or how to treat people. They lie and mistreat all the good people and push the poor examples up. You can tell that these managers and production leaders are uneducated and that they only have these jobs because they have been there that long and knew the right people. Raises this year were a joke. The overtime is sickening. Nobody wants to work here.
Watching the rumors fly. Seeing how childish and unprofessional the younger female Production Leader on first shift can be. Watching the warehouse management struggle to figure out basic problems
Freedom to do whatever
We get told there will be no raises this year due do covid19. Then a week later we get told just wearhouse. The raises couldn't be more than 80 cents yet there a billion dollar company. There is always unfulfilled promises and there is ZERO leadership all around.
None
Most coworkers
The amount of overtime they expect from the employees that are left is ridiculous. They fired more than half the employees across all DC'S blaming "COVID19" but yet can afford to buy new wearhouses when the other ones can't keep up which never puts us off over time. They are desperate for help due not giving raises and unfair treatment. The pay scale is a joke because they give certain people more if they are friends with management. This place is awful to its employees. Also they force you to work every weekend and don't care about your personal life or if you have another job. Its a selfish place full of greed and its just dirty.
None
Maybe the benefits
People are extremely rude here. They are constantly talking bad behind eachothers backs and gossiping and saying rude things to your face and management only laughs at it. This place has no organization, leadership or balance. If you have a home life you can kiss that goodbye because you'll be on 50 plus hours a week. They also have alot of people that have been off due to the cronavirous but have done nothing to keep the other employees safe. They don't clean anything. They put us on more hours than ever because nobody wants to work here. This place is the worst.
Nothing good to say
Nothing
The first shift supervisor sits in his office all day rather than looking at the production of the shift. Production leaders are the only ones who get to learn new things or do from the skill block they offer. So its extremely hard to get a raise. You also never get raises.
Nothing
Nothing
pretty much everything. The first shift supervisor doesn't do anything but walk around and blow his employees off except for one production lead who just gossips all day. There is zero respect here. Especially if your new the employees will walk around and talk about how bad your doing. We work 10 hours a day and you only get 2 20 minutes breaks and both of them are withen the first 4 hours of your shift. Theres ZERO communication between the supervisor and production leads so the place is always a disaster. Only certain people have to do the overtime. There is always favorites. This isnt a professional place at all. Needs ALOT of work on the management....
Clocking out
That most of warehouse associates work together as a team.
10 hours per work day now because the management fired 3rd shift crew and ..the weekend workers . Also management likes to lie to warehouse workers about numbers for bonus program .
Nothing.
About everything. Horrible management. Easy work. Constant overtime. Unappricated. They take anything they offer the wearhouse away. And the chirp program they talk about is just to get your hopes up we never see the money. First shift supervisor acts like a kindergartener. Just not a work environment. Constant bullying and harassment from other workers.
nope
Driving the stockpicker 40 hrs per week pulling orders for the customers. Working environment is pretty clean, allowed to wear shorts during the warmer months.
The upper management should be better managers, take their employees comments, concerns and ideas seriously. Not laugh at them & help the employee in different situations that need upper management on their side.
The pay is extremely low and the insurance is very high. We had good insurance and placed it with united Healthcare which is terrible.
People are not friendly. People gossip about the workers. You try to be nice to people to help them and you get reprimanded by management for helping, so basically the people there are possessive over their job and if someone tries to help them they get talked to. The boss on days is clueless. The one lady on days that is a floor leader,is very smart really knows what she is doing and is always busy is kind and helpful. The other leaders are ok.
there are no perks. The boss only talks to his pets.
I left the company last year. the low pay and the extremely high insurance that doesn't cover anything. United Healthcare is terrible
Employees are clicky and hypocrites. The boss just walks around and does nothing. He best attribute is talking. Acts like he is in 6th grade
there are none.
Nothing
the pay is low and the insurance is sky high. The hr team is clueless. You bring a concern to them and they do not do anything about it. They will get rid of you if you complain. Too much. Fired all of third shift over the phone. Classless company
There are none.a lot of two faced employees that will stab you in the back, along with the management team. Management makes fun of you and doesn't get to know you.no appreciation for the workers.starting pay is 11 an hour.
Its just a job
management doesn't have a clue. The 1st shift supervisor is clueless. He doesn't know the process along with the other value stream leader who oversees packaging and material handling. They have their pets and the veteran workers don't get acknowledged.they are trying to force the veterans out.the supervisor is too busy socializing with the pets and what they are doing after work. He is clueless. The leader for packaging and my area is always trying to change things. Again not a clue. He doesn't talk to employees. He yells and then writes them up. Stay away from this company. It is a 6th grade school environment where people gossip about others. The 2 floor leaders don't know whats going on, the gossip about other employees and make fun of them. The other 2 know how to run the floor and are constantly running getting things done with no recognition.too much favitorism towards the pets. If you are not a pet you are a nobody. Management doesnt care about you.
