Cons of working at Endries International

the new warehouse manager is not a kind person. its a his way or the highway do i as i tell you to do. he doesn't understand what we do, came in and made all these changes without knowing a thing about our business. the micro managing is terrible. i cant believe that this is what we now hire. hr is no help at all, they don't value the worker or stand behind us. they just protect their own(meaning the warehouse manager). he is a bully. morale is down since he started. nobody cares for him and the way he manages. the pay and benefits are horrible and management constantly lies to you. dont expect a raise because you will not get them. pay by performance is terrible. back breaking work for little pay.

Pros of working at Endries International

A very few small select associates.

Cons of working at Endries International

Everything. The pay is horrible. A lot of backstabbing and 2 leads that constantly tattle to the warehouse Manger. Endless hours mandatory overtime including every weekend. No work/home life balance. Constantly lie to you. Warehouse manager is not a nice person. If the leads don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you.,especially the female younger lead. She is about the boys and if they are looking at her. You are not a valued member of the team you are only a number.no reward for the ones that are there all the time or with years of service. Hr team is no help and neither is the DC manager.

Cons of working at Endries International

The horrible management of the warehouse manager and his boss. No reward for the hard working people. If the leaders don't like you they will get rid of you. If you are not a pet of the warehouse manager and his circle they will make it miserable for you to work there. Horrible pay and benefits. Endless overtime. 50 plus hours and mandatory Saturdays. No appreciation for the work you do.

Pros of working at Endries International

Seeing a few select coworkers every day

Cons of working at Endries International

Its very cold in the warehouse and they won't turn the heat up. The furnace hasnt worked all week and maintenance didnt do anything about it. Management team hasn't a clue and doesn't care about you.your just a number there and can be replaced. The pay is awful and whats worse is that some people have been there many years and don't make more than 12.00 and new people start and can make more than them and they are the one that call in all the time.

Pros of working at Endries International

Work is rather easy. Can do whatever you want like taking longer breaks, call in at least one time a week and never show up to work a required Saturday. No point system anymore they claim per management!

Cons of working at Endries International

The favorites just keep doing what they want less work more talking with management during working hours. Overtime is endless never goes away, so you don't have any family life.

Pros of working at Endries International

You can do whatever

Cons of working at Endries International

People, lack of responsibility, Zero management skills. This place is backwards. They used to have a skill block raise for employees who wanted to learn more. They dont have it anymore. Now the employees who can do everything make just as much as someone who refuses to learn new thing. The pay scale is random. And if you ever get a pay increase its never move than 30 cents. The company has tried hundreds of new things yet nothing every works to make the warehouse better. Also were on overtime 60 hour a week. When they do your interview they try to sugar coat it but the overtime they ask for is a never end road no matter if we're behind or caught up.

Pros of working at Endries International

It’s like experiencing a soap opera Some cool and nice people

Cons of working at Endries International

The management is pretty old and shady. They like glorify and praise the weak employees, they like them because they are their little yes-men. There aren’t any leaders in the warehouse. The warehouse manager is two-faced, belittles people, and does a good job of not understanding how to keep his word. Don’t trust him as he has no clue to what is going on. The guy above him is just as useless, has no idea as to what is happening or how to treat people. They lie and mistreat all the good people and push the poor examples up. You can tell that these managers and production leaders are uneducated and that they only have these jobs because they have been there that long and knew the right people. Raises this year were a joke. The overtime is sickening. Nobody wants to work here.

Endries International benefits

Watching the rumors fly. Seeing how childish and unprofessional the younger female Production Leader on first shift can be. Watching the warehouse management struggle to figure out basic problems

Freedom to do whatever

Cons of working at Endries International

We get told there will be no raises this year due do covid19. Then a week later we get told just wearhouse. The raises couldn't be more than 80 cents yet there a billion dollar company. There is always unfulfilled promises and there is ZERO leadership all around.

Pros of working at Endries International

Most coworkers

Cons of working at Endries International

The amount of overtime they expect from the employees that are left is ridiculous. They fired more than half the employees across all DC'S blaming "COVID19" but yet can afford to buy new wearhouses when the other ones can't keep up which never puts us off over time. They are desperate for help due not giving raises and unfair treatment. The pay scale is a joke because they give certain people more if they are friends with management. This place is awful to its employees. Also they force you to work every weekend and don't care about your personal life or if you have another job. Its a selfish place full of greed and its just dirty.

Pros of working at Endries International

Coworkers who get along, teamwork and production leaders are always helpful. Taking breaks ,talking with friends and punching out at end of my shift.

Cons of working at Endries International

Managers who only worry about themselves not the workers. Endries keeps buying smaller companies but can't afford raises for the employees. We get bonus program which never is above 700$.

-Paid breaks -Coworkers are friendly and helpful -Company attendance isn't enforced

Cons of working at Endries International

-Warehouse Manager is a sociopath -Value Stream Leader is lazy -DC Operations Manager won't give raises because it affects his timeshare. -Technology here is outdated. Computers and scanners are constantly bogged down which creates a bottleneck in production and quality. -One person may be making $13 an hour while another makes $20 an hour for the same job. Company favoritism. -No individual working incentive. Sink or swim group mentality. -Company blames COVID-19 for not giving out annual raises, yet the company has no problem buying out other companies throughout the year. -

Pros of working at Endries International

I liked it about 2 years ago when they only had one human resources person who didn't ruin everything employees care about.

Cons of working at Endries International

HUMAN RESOURCES, CEO. 58 hour work weeks. Zero time for family. Constant complaining. Zero communication. They are always changing rules. There is always plenty of overtime. They constantly will tell you your replaceable even though they can't keep anyone. This place sucks. Will drain you physically, mentally and emotionally for extreamly little pay when they have more than enough money to pay more. Wearhouse is a disaster. This job is a nightmare. I used to love my job until they decided human resources has a say on everything.

Pros of working at Endries International

You can be there for years and never receive more than starting pay. They only give pay increase company wide when they choose to or if you learn more skills (not as cracked up as they make it out to be) They have a bonus quarterly which is rarely given out and you're only allowed one sick day per quarter or you aren't eligible for the bonus. It's not easy receiving bonus when company makes you work 50+ hour weeks. Many employees just get doctor's notes to get out of the overtime or call-in whenever they feel like it.

Cons of working at Endries International

-The average salary for a Order Picker is $13.42 per hour in United States. You don't make that here. -Mandatory overtime for years -Dead End -No COVID pay -Management doesn't treat everyone fairly

Pros of working at Endries International

Maybe the benefits

Cons of working at Endries International

People are extremely rude here. They are constantly talking bad behind eachothers backs and gossiping and saying rude things to your face and management only laughs at it. This place has no organization, leadership or balance. If you have a home life you can kiss that goodbye because you'll be on 50 plus hours a week. They also have alot of people that have been off due to the cronavirous but have done nothing to keep the other employees safe. They don't clean anything. They put us on more hours than ever because nobody wants to work here. This place is the worst.

pretty much everything. The first shift supervisor doesn't do anything but walk around and blow his employees off except for one production lead who just gossips all day. There is zero respect here. Especially if your new the employees will walk around and talk about how bad your doing. We work 10 hours a day and you only get 2 20 minutes breaks and both of them are withen the first 4 hours of your shift. Theres ZERO communication between the supervisor and production leads so the place is always a disaster. Only certain people have to do the overtime. There is always favorites. This isnt a professional place at all. Needs ALOT of work on the management....

Pros of working at Endries International

Sometimes flexible hours

Cons of working at Endries International

It's not a safe place to work they dont have fire drills or tornado drills. There was a potential shooter at the business across the street and didn't worn any of us when they knew about it and let us leave the building. Thankfully it was a false alarm. We dont have our yearly practices for fire and tornado drill. We've had a gas leak and they locked us in a building with it for more than an hour and still havent talked about how to properly do that. Also its 100 degrees in the building yet they wont let us roll up our sleeves. They fired more than half the wearhouse and expect more work out of us yet they wont pay anything above 14.50 an hour. Also took away coffee pots and wont bring them back. We got promised a free lunch back in December 2019 for a Christmas decorating contest still haven't received that. This place is a circuses and we get treated like clowns. Horrible place to work.

The pay is extremely low and the insurance is very high. We had good insurance and placed it with united Healthcare which is terrible.

Cons of working at Endries International

People are not friendly. People gossip about the workers. You try to be nice to people to help them and you get reprimanded by management for helping, so basically the people there are possessive over their job and if someone tries to help them they get talked to. The boss on days is clueless. The one lady on days that is a floor leader,is very smart really knows what she is doing and is always busy is kind and helpful. The other leaders are ok.

Its just a job

Cons of working at Endries International

management doesn't have a clue. The 1st shift supervisor is clueless. He doesn't know the process along with the other value stream leader who oversees packaging and material handling. They have their pets and the veteran workers don't get acknowledged.they are trying to force the veterans out.the supervisor is too busy socializing with the pets and what they are doing after work. He is clueless. The leader for packaging and my area is always trying to change things. Again not a clue. He doesn't talk to employees. He yells and then writes them up. Stay away from this company. It is a 6th grade school environment where people gossip about others. The 2 floor leaders don't know whats going on, the gossip about other employees and make fun of them. The other 2 know how to run the floor and are constantly running getting things done with no recognition.too much favitorism towards the pets. If you are not a pet you are a nobody. Management doesnt care about you.
