Key Responsibilities: 1. Safety and Compliance: • Work in conjunction with safety teams to ensure alignment of safety and quality initiatives. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. 5. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and project records. • Provide regular quality reports to senior management and stakeholders. 6. Quality Improvement Initiatives: • Identify areas for quality improvement and lead corrective and preventive action plans. • Collaborate with project teams to implement best practices and quality enhancements. 7. Client Relations: • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns related to quality. • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction with the quality of our projects. 8. Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, including quality inspectors and analysts. • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus). • Valid Certified Welding Inspector with active certification. • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction quality assurance, including leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes, safety protocols, and industry standards. • Exceptional quality leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in quality management software and tools. • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
