Energage CEO and leadership

Eric Rubino brings over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry and a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the Energage senior leadership team. Prior to Energage, he was the CEO of Ohana Companies, a firm that is revolutionizing rebate programs, loyalty programs, and the promotional marketing industry with innovative technology and processes.

Eric was the Chief Operating Officer at InfoLogix, a leading mobile technology provider in the healthcare and commercial markets. He and his executive team successfully lead the company to achieve its growth strategy. He was also COO of Neoware, Inc., a $100 million thin client computing company, where he was responsible for all aspects of its business, from operations and information technology to human resources, customer service, engineering, and administration.

Eric held multiple management and leadership positions over 12 years at SAP, culminating as their Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He played an integral part in building the infrastructure, management team, and support services for the entire SAP Americas region. During his tenure, SAP Americas grew from approximately $5 million to more than $3 billion in total revenues.

Eric holds a JD from Widener University School of Law, an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business, and a BS from Rider University.

He sat on the Board of Directors of MCA Solutions, a Philadelphia-based vendor for service optimization for more than eight years. He was also the Chair of the Board at the Academy of Notre dame de Namur, a girls’ Catholic, independent college preparatory school located outside of Philadelphia.

Eric is currently is on the Advisory Board of Contour Data Solutions, the Board of Directors of Katabat Corporation, and BrainWorks Corporation. Prior Board experience includes SAP Markets (1998-2002), World Affairs Council of Philadelphia (2001-2008), Novoforum (2001-2005), Firepond, Inc. (2002-2005), and The German America Chamber of Commerce (1998-2002).

Dan Kessler is the President of Energage, the research partner for the Top Workplaces program. Previously, he was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group where he specialized in organizational transformation, operations, and corporate development.

Dan has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, was a Jane Addams Fellow at The Indiana University Center on Philanthropy, and has a degree in Public Policy from Duke University.

Kimberly Gress is known for her SaaS Customer Success leadership as well as preparing organizations for scale. However, her passion lies with building the next generation of leaders. Kimberly takes great pride in watching her former mentees and employees see their dream careers come true.

Kimberly is the Chief Customer Success Officer for Energage, LLC and is focused on building an innovative world class customer success model so that Energage’s customers are wildly successful. She continues as Founder of C2O Advisors where she develops and implements business process improvement strategies for companies in transition from start-up to growth stage. She specializes in SaaS Customer Success and Support strategies that accelerate and optimize customer success and support teams.

Kimberly has enjoyed a rich career with companies in various stages. She was Chief Operating Officer at early stage Tesorio, Inc, Vice President of Client Services at Boomi (acquired by Dell) and General Manager at SunGard Higher Education (formerly SCT).

During her time at Dell Boomi, Kimberly was recognized as a trusted source for SaaS customer success and support; this along with her co-invention of a patented system for identifying “at-risk” customers, a game changer for smart customer success, led to her being named “2014 Top 10 Women in the Cloud” by CloudNOW, “Female Executive of the Year” by The Stevie Awards and “Innovative Woman of the Year for Cloud Computing/SaaS” by Women World Awards.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science / Mathematics from the University of Delaware.

Rich Gallagher is Chief Product Officer at Energage, leading our overall product and platform strategy for intentionally forging a winning culture and driving workplace improvement within a business enterprise. Rich brings more than 30 years of product development and technology experience to Energage. Prior to Energage, Rich was Chief Digital Officer for International SOS, a global B2B provider of medical and security services to Fortune 500 Multi-National companies, where he led the vision, strategy and delivery of digital products. Prior to this, he was Head of Product Platform Technology at DexYP, a national B2B provider of small business software and marketing services. Rich holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Millersville University.

Tom Urie is Chief Commercial Officer at Energage, leading our overall go-to-market strategy to help every organization become a better place to work together. He brings 20 years of innovation and strategy for developing new ways to engage organizations and share value. Prior to Energage, Tom was President and Chief Revenue Officer for Optymyze, a global B2B provider of SaaS and BPaaS performance management solutions.

He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. With a diverse background in technology, analytics, and business, Tom advocates from his experience that data can prescribe an intentional culture and that an intentional culture is a competitive advantage for achieving business objectives.

Greg Barnett Ph.D. is a Chief People Scientist at Energage and VP, People Science at PerceptionPredict and is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He has worked as Senior Managing Consultant at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP, Graduate Student at University of Tulsa, and Scientific Advisor at PerceptionPredict. Greg studied at University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 1993 and 1997, Cheyenne Mountain High School between 1991 and 1993, and University of Tulsa between 1997 and 2004.

Mitch is an accomplished finance and operations executive with over 30 years of progressive business experience in fast growing companies, both private and public. By holding various positions over his career including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Business Operations, Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, he has played a major role in working with successful teams (both management and Boards) for several organizations resulting in substantial top and bottom line growth.

Mitch has been the key player in over 25 strategic acquisitions and integrations and played a leading role in the successful sale of Primavera Software to Oracle in 2008. Throughout his career Mitch has lead a number of capital raising campaigns in support of corporate development activities. In addition, Mitch has been either the project manager or Executive sponsor on a number of business automation implementations over his career including Financials, CRM, SFA and Business Analytics resulting in driving higher levels of revenue per headcount.

Mitch began his career in Public Accounting and is a CPA. He holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in management from Hofstra University and obtained a B.S. degree in accounting from Long Island University, C.W. Post Center. Mitch is a Trustee and the Treasurer at AIM Academy (aimpa.org), a school for kids who learn differently. Mitch resides with his wife, two children and dog (Hunter) in the Philadelphia area.
