Position Summary
As a Maintenance Manager at the Energizer Marietta, OH plant, you will lead the facility Maintenance Team, lead, and execute capital projects, provide process troubleshooting and repair and help define and implement process improvements. You will also work in support of overall company objectives which include working within OSHA and Energizer defined safety standards, meeting customer quality and supply expectations and producing product per cost standards. This position will report to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities
* Lead the facility Maintenance Team by providing daily direction in support of predictive, preventive maintenance and breakdown repair activities
* Work with the Maintenance Team as needed in the troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment and processes
* Define capital projects, request funding, lead and execute projects
* Define and implement process improvements
* Design, develop, test, and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods
* Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specifications
* Ensure process documentation including engineering drawings, specifications and training documentation are updated
What we are looking for
* 2-year degree in Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering or related field or
* 3-5 years' experience
* Supervisory experience of a maintenance team
* Hands on experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting
* Experience with Industrial Maintenance and facilities management systems (e.g., cooling towers, chillers, heat pumps, plumbing, compressors, cranes, driers, fork trucks, building & grounds, 3 phase and high voltage systems)
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing
* MS Office experience

Position Summary
This position will require troubleshooting skills to support process improvements, work order completion, preventive maintenance, projects, and general maintenance. Purpose:
As a Senior Data Scientist in Global Finance Data Science Team: You will be responsible for delivering data science production processes to a high standard, contributing to products that are consumed and scrutinized by senior leadership. As an Inbound Transportation Services Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between the Regional Transportation Organization and supported Operating Companies (OpCos). You will manage inbound transportation networks to ensure optimal service for both shippers and receivers, resolving tactical issues on an exception basis. Additionally, you will provide input and analysis for strategic supply chain requirements and coordinate selected transportation services from the RTO's core competencies, including inbound freight management, compliance, claims, freight payment, and import/export services.
You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and reporting transportation metrics, supporting cost improvement programs, and participating in performance reviews to demonstrate operational success and budget execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound transportation operations for critical shipments, including domestic and international freight, and support product launches.
Track and trace shipments to ensure visibility and timely delivery for both domestic and international movements.
Lead cost improvement projects and identify opportunities for efficiency within inbound transportation processes.
Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance transportation performance and customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report transportation metrics to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
Budgetary Responsibility: Supports transportation operations with an approximate budget of $54MM.
Interactions: Frequent engagement with external transportation providers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders including OpCo leadership, finance, and logistics teams.
Collaborate with OpCos, external partners, and internal teams to ensure compliance with negotiated service level agreements (SLAs).
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices across operating companies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent university degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience:
Required:
0-2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain functions.
General knowledge of U.S. transportation industry and networks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
SAP experience preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Experience in project management.
Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance.
Technological aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Other:
Travel: Up to 10% overnight travel and occasional site visits is required.

Projects - As the business requires and directed by the

carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile assistance. Assists other
technicians as needed.
Maintenance Inventory & Work Area - Maintains proper maintenance vehicle inventories to ensure effective and efficient
repairs/replacements of standard restaurant equipment maintenance. Maintains clean and orderly work areas to include vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.

High school diploma/GED, plus 5+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities
Electrical and HVAC experience is helpful
EPA Certified
