What Does An Energy Audit Advisor Do At Dell

* Serve as an information security analyst conducting hospital security risk analysis and security evaluation assessments throughout the client's environment
* Act as a liaison to Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, and the Corporate Security team and support external auditors as needed, including system- wide access, policy review and remediation
* Focus extensively on building and expanding relationships with key stakeholders such as leadership, physicians, other security analysts, business partners and vendors and
* Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures and escalate noncompliance to the appropriate department manager.
* Provide direct training and oversight as needed, ensuring proper information security compliance
* Provide analysis of potential risk to information security and recommending solutions and identify and analyzing potential impacts, likelihoods and risks caused by threats as well as identify and analyze security measures required to control risks and escalate matters of business risk

What Does An Energy Audit Advisor Do At Clearesult

* Conduct full screening audits in residential homes, entering attics, basements and crawl spaces.
* Determine insulation levels in both attics and walls.
* Conduct visual checks of age and condition of HVAC equipment and ducts.
* Install compact fluorescent lamps and water conservation devices at no cost to the customer as defined by program.
* Complete an energy use data collection form to capture home data and generate list of recommended retrofits.
* Generate computerized report for the customer.
* Track and enter all required program data in an accurate and timely manner.
* Provides proper and timely reporting of program progress
* Interact with homeowners, answering questions regarding energy efficiency and recommend next steps.
* Collect the customers co-pay due for the completion of the work.
* Encourage homeowners to undertake specific energy saving measures recommended based on the home energy audit.
* Explain incentives and/or loans, and tax credits for energy efficiency improvements that may be available.
* Provides technical guidance to contractors on addressing program or residential construction needs or problems.
* Supports or assists contractors in addressing issues onsite in customer homes.
* May conduct training of contractors or auditors on building science or program requirements.
* Stays current on latest Program initiatives, policies, procedures, etc. and proposing ideas for improvement.
* Develops advanced technical knowledge in energy efficiency and building science

What Does An Energy Audit Advisor Do At Franklin Energy

* Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies within your assigned territory Understand and implement the Franklin Energy Sales Process, including but not limited to: making outbound calls to new and existing customers to meet assigned energy saving targets, developing and facilitating program presentations to spur project activity and managing time in the field and customer inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person to move projects toward completion Identify and provide documentation of on-site opportunities for energy efficiency and provide follow-up to customers as required; Generate summary reports to customers and Program Managers as needed Discuss technical elements of energy consuming equipment i.e., lighting, HVAC, hot water systems, building and pipe insulation, and air sealing Enter data into spreadsheets and databases to determine energy savings and to manage current projects which may also include collaborating with Energy Engineers Collaborate with home performance contractors and consultants to provide residential energy audit programs to utility customers Coordinate, schedule and manage implementation contractors performing HVAC, air sealing and building shell improvements for each project Perform post audit diagnostics, measurement and verification Specific Qualification for the role include: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Technical school degree combined with demonstrated experience in the electric/gas utility field will be considered.
* Equivalent work experience may be considered.
* Minimum 2
* years of experience in energy efficiency and/or energy modeling AND electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or conservation and energy management Professional energy efficiency designations such as: CEM, BEP or CLEP preferred Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience Must be self-motivated, flexible, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook and comfortable entering and tracking information in databases Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients and employees Ability to analyze and interpret complex and/or quantitative data and solve practical problems Valid driver s license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time, occasional overnight Franklin Energy Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer Build a rewarding career in a dynamic and growing industry!
