As an Associate Energy Efficiency Consultant, you will responsible for assisting and supporting energy efficiency project/program management services to primarily electric customers but may also include other energy sources. Your efforts may be provided directly or through coordination with internal and external vendors, partners, or other subject matter experts. Overall, you will support the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goals.

Essential Functions
Support the implementation of energy efficiency programs and related initiatives in order to achieve energy savings goals.Promote customer enrollment in energy efficiency programs through activities which may include reviewing applications for pertinent supporting documentation and researching customer energy efficiency and participation data.Review energy efficiency project proposals to ensure adherence with program guidelines.Prepare and maintain analytical spreadsheets that track program achievements and progress.Assist with the management of vendors/contractors.Facilitate communication with customers, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor/contractors.Represent the energy efficiency programs in public meetings with customers, contractors, and others.

Qualifications
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application. Solid understanding of financial principals and the ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
Zero (0) plus years of experience (recent college graduates accepted).Relevant experience and basic knowledge of building science HIGHLY preferred”.Experience and/or aptitude in customer service also desired.

Qualifications:
8-15 years of relevant consulting and/or experience in the power & electric utilities industry or similar.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or Business preferred Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Comfortable with travel

• The Energy Efficiency Consultant is responsible for providing energy efficiency project/program management services to customers for electric and natural gas energy.
• This position leads the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goals.
• Regularly interacts with regulators and/or other non-utility energy efficiency stakeholders with the occasional support of regulatory interrogatories in writing or in public hearings.
• Analyze customer billing information and facility type to identify opportunities.
• Implement and assist with M&V reporting to ensure that programs get results.

Job Responsibilities
:

• This role requires the candidate to develop an understanding of how consumers can reduce electric consumption to balance supply and demand on the grid.
• Moreover, candidates will need to develop a strong understanding of key Energy Efficiency technologies such as advanced building software & controls, HVAC systems, and their controls, and building envelope.
• A successful candidate will develop forecasts and scenario models, and create an engaging marketing strategy while applying industry best practices.
• The Energy Efficiency Consultant generates market trend analysis reports and provide thought-leadership for implementation strategies

Job Qualifications
:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of Three (3) years of related energy efficiency experience.

Required Skills
:

• Understanding of energy consumption and billing. Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Understanding of C&I electrical and thermal building systems such as HVAC systems and controls, lighting control systems, occupancy sensing, and intelligent building systems.
• Ability to conduct energy analyses and calculations.
