**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
1. Perform advanced administrative duties for the NPGM. Function as a core resource to the NPGM exhibiting flexibility and openness to change. Exercise discretion and independent judgment, analyze complex information requests, determine complex trends and conflicting demands, and make recommendations to management.
+ Obtain, analyze and act upon feedback from customers/suppliers to enhance communication among management, employees and outside agencies. This activity requires expertise with interpersonal relationship skills, in particular when dealing with outside agencies whose actions have a definite impact on our success or failure. Identify critical and urgent issues, designing and implementing administrative policies, training and information flow. Identify and correct work/material inefficiencies/deficiencies. Organize and prepare requested materials.
2. Control and or coordinate key station Core Management meetings and communications. Includes oversight/responsibility for items including, but not limited to, Steering Committees including timely, accurate and clear communication on commitments and expectations. Upkeep and accuracy of all information on the stations Steering Committee intranet site (includes timely upload of documentation and/or creation of new methods to track/communicate actions).
3. Function as administrator of performance monitoring, assist with contracts and fiscal year budgets, salary plans, performance plans and strategic/business plans. Identify areas of concern, ensure performance within guidelines and overall budget
4. Collaborate with the NPGM to enhance communications, and resolve administrative and organizational issues and concerns, coordinate and implement change management. Anticipate the needs of the organization particularly regarding employee development and communications and prepare/coordinate the manager's action to address them.
+ Analyze options, alternatives and solutions to impending issues and concerns in a timely and specific manner to maximize management's awareness and effectiveness in dealing with administrative, organizations, and employee issues. Initiate employee/management meetings to further communications as deemed necessary.
5. Function as a proactive team player with all administrative assistants, executive assistants and all management. Plan and participate in combined management/organization workshops to promote team, core values and communications. Generate and present ideas for improvements. Assist in executing new ideas and suggestions. Promote and encourage performance management development, implementation and celebrations throughout Energy Northwest through creative ideas, better communications and continuous feedback.
Perform as a member of an Emergency Response Team (ERO) and in an outage assignment, when directed
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

This position is salary, non-exempt in which the successful candidate would receive overtime for any hours worked over 40 hours in a pay week. The salary would be offered within the range stated above.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Site Vice President position reports to the Executive Vice President, Chief Nuclear Officer (EVP/CNO) and serves as a key member of the senior management team, which determines the strategic direction, operating philosophy, and internal policy of the organization.
GENERAL SUMMARY

The Site Vice President is responsible for the management of plant activities to achieve safe, reliable, economic and effective operation of Columbia Generating Station. This position has direct responsibility and authority for all plant activities including engineering and maintenance of the plant design basis. The Site Vice President interfaces frequently with the EVP/CNO, other vice-presidents, CNSRB members, outside regulatory members, Executive Board, industry groups and station management.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide leadership and management direction in support of the vision, strategic objective, and key business initiatives for Energy Northwest.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science from an accredited college or university.
- A record of continual learning and training.
- A minimum of 20 years progressive management/leadership experience.
Individual must meet regulatory requirements for power station Operations Manager experience (this includes FSAR, Technical Specifications, and ANSI requirements). Background should include management of multi-faceted groups involved in the commercial nuclear industry.
Pay Range:
$300,000.00 - $380,000.00 Annual
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.

2. Control and or coordinate key station Core Management meetings and communications. Includes oversight/responsibility for items including, but not limited to, Steering Committees including timely, accurate and clear communication on commitments and expectations. Upkeep and accuracy of all information on the stations Steering Committee intranet site (includes timely upload of documentation and/or creation of new methods to track/communicate actions).
3. Function as administrator of performance monitoring, assist with contracts and fiscal year budgets, salary plans, performance plans and strategic/business plans. Identify areas of concern, ensure performance within guidelines and overall budget
4. Collaborate with the NPGM to enhance communications, and resolve administrative and organizational issues and concerns, coordinate and implement change management. Anticipate the needs of the organization particularly regarding employee development and communications and prepare/coordinate the manager's action to address them.
Analyze options, alternatives and solutions to impending issues and concerns in a timely and specific manner to maximize management's awareness and effectiveness in dealing with administrative, organizations, and employee issues. Initiate employee/management meetings to further communications as deemed necessary.
5. Function as a proactive team player with all administrative assistants, executive assistants and all management. Plan and participate in combined management/organization workshops to promote team, core values and communications. Generate and present ideas for improvements. The position is responsible for activities such as support the Owner's Engineer activities, assist with site licensing and construction permit activities, participate in design reviews for new reactor technologies, support progressive design/build contracts and construction efforts, interpret and review NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) regulations, NEI and EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) documents, provide schedule inputs and review project timelines.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform highly complex engineering analyses and designs in support of operations, systems, programs, audit inspections, and assessments requiring skills and experience gained through application of engineering methods and analysis, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work with minimal supervision.
Serve as an advisor providing advice and counsel on assignments concerned with specialized or unique engineering requirements. Solutions provided involve unconventional or innovative program solving techniques. Provide technical leadership and training on highly complex or extended projects.
Tasks typically involve highly complex problem-solving techniques and require advanced application of practices and methodologies. Provide leadership of small groups to resolve complex issues. Available guidance generally does not exist to fit problems encountered and advanced technological skills are required to provide solutions.
Provide technical direction and leadership routinely to other engineers; serve as a mentor. Provide training to others.
Identify need and initiate development of new policies, programs, plans, and procedures to meet strategic objectives.
Assure compliance with regulatory and industry guidance. Provide interpretation of industry guidance for application.
Identify potential problems in design, quality, or operation and initiate corrective action in accordance with plant Condition Report (CR) process.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Engineer Principal - New Nuclear
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university and seven years of engineering experience; OR a high school diploma or GED and PE license obtained by accredited examination plus eight years of engineering experience.
Engineer Senior - New Nuclear
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university and three years of discipline specific engineering experience; OR a PE license obtained by an accredited examination and five years of discipline specific engineering experience. High school diploma or GED is required.
Engineer Staff - New Nuclear
Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university and at least one year of engineering experience; OR a PE license obtained by accredited examination and at least one year of engineering experience. A high school diploma or GED is required.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of American Nuclear Society (ANS), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) codes and standards.
Knowledge of advanced nuclear reactor/plant design (i.e., High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor Design).
Experience with large construction projects.
Knowledge in industry consensus standards for PRA, including ASME/ANS RA-S-1.4.
Skill in PRA model development, plant operating state definition, initiating event analysis, event sequence analysis, and performance of quantitative uncertainty analyses and sensitivity analyses.
Knowledge of transient and accident analyses and radioactive source term analyses.
Ability to correctly interpret and apply results of PSA codes.
Familiarity with Seismic and Fire PRA.
Familiarity with NEI 18-04.

Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Plan, prepare and check configuration changes to drawings and databases for functional, physical, and administrative changes to structures, systems, and components (SSCs) using manual methods, CADD and other software applications involving a high degree of difficulty and complexity. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Technical Direction
Directs job assignments to team members and provides design and schedule expectations for successful task completion.
Reviews completed work packages to ensure that configuration changes providing functional and physical modifications to structures, systems and components (SSCs) and administrative document only changes are technically complete and checked and that all affected design data base documentation has been properly revised.
Ensures conformance with engineering direction, specifications, design criteria, and design standards in all work performed.
Resource Planning
