The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial analysis that supports decision making across the organization, including budgeting/forecasting, materials for investor and board meetings, pricing and cost optimization and other ad hoc analysis. What Will You Do? * Develop multi-year financial models and business cases to support strategic planning, capital projects, scenario analysis, and various business decisions. * Partner with business units to create detailed revenue forecasts used for financial projections and manufacturing planning. * Track cross-company efforts to improve margins and cash flow. * Lead pricing efforts for a variety of products, including cost/volume analyses. * Prepare materials for executive presentations, Board of Director meetings, shareholder communications, and presentations for other key external stakeholders. * Leverage software tools to maintain and improve reporting tools, KPIs, and financial analytics. Controls & Automation: Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs for CNC machines, kilns, pumps, and auxiliary equipment. Design and implement HMI screens, alarms, safety interlocks, and data logging. Integrate new sensors, drives, and controls hardware to support process improvement projects. Develop and maintain documentation for electrical panels, wiring diagrams, and controls architecture. Manufacturing Support: Provide real-time controls support for manufacturing-focus on uptime and corrective actions. Partner with Maintenance to resolve electrical and controls failures (root cause + corrective actions). Support Production with machine stability issues, cycle-time improvements, and repeatability. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls, or related. 3-7+ years in manufacturing controls engineering. Strong experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLCs. Experience troubleshooting servo systems, VFDs, sensors, relays, and industrial networking. A suitable candidate will have prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with CNC machining, grinding, assembly lines, chemical processing, material handling and heat treatment operations.What Will You Do? Lead all activities related to manufacturing including fabrication, assembly, process automation, testing, quality & warranty evaluation involving centrifugal turbines, pumps, energy recovery devices and integrated systems operating in severe conditions including corrosive, abrasive, erosive & high pressure environments Drive manufacturing reviews to optimize processes for existing products as well as establish state-of-art & cost effective techniques for new products involving medium-volume industrial products, subassemblies and individual components Interface on regular basis with cross-functional teams including design engineering, application engineering, sales and technical service Evaluate processes and operations to standardize and automate using assist tools, robotics solutions and fixtures wherever they are relevant.
