Primary Responsibilities: Under general supervision of Terminal Supervisor, the terminal operator is responsible for operating all Terminal equipment in connection with receiving, storing, transferring, and loading of petroleum products. * Gauge storage tanks and take meter readings for all products on a daily basis * Calculate and input all product inventories and meter readings into appropriate systems * Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of product inventories and thru-puts * Perform facility maintenance on office building, assets, vegetation, as needed * Perform the safe loading of petroleum products onto barges * Travel to various crude facilities with little notice to effectively assist crude terminals across the organization * Take product samples as required and performs/log required Quality Control tests * Perform and log all scheduled maintenance and compliance inspections * Ensures that all Terminal equipment are functioning properly and report failures to supervisor * Performs daily walk around inspections to identify potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained * Issues work permits to contractors performing work at Terminal. This includes ensuring that pre-job safety meetings, lockout - tag-out, confined space entry, and gas tech monitoring requirements are met for all work performed at the Terminal; during the project, correcting or stopping all unsafe acts or conditions not in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures by any party entering the facility * Remain knowledgeable of, able and prepared to enact and coordinate the Emergency Response activities until relieved by supervisor or management personnel * Communicates product outages and equipment downtime to supervisor, customers, and other impacted parties in a prompt fashion Minimum Requirements: * A High School Graduate, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Effectively communicate with peers and management of various levels * Self-starter able work with little or no supervision * Carry a pager or cell phone allowing for shift hold over or shift reassignment, as well as call out at all hours * Able to use basic hand tools and operate basic product testing equipment * Proficient in mathematics and able to perform all required calculations * Proficient with Microsoft Suite * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license for state of residence * Able to notice subtle Color differences in product samples * Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather, perform heavy physical labor in a safe manner, and climb heights in excess of 60 ft. * In order to perform the essential duties, regular work attendance is required * Must be willing and able to work as a part of team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize work schedules, focus attention to details, and follow work rules

Duties And Responsibilities ESSENTIAL: * Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding. * Set up equipment and weld parts using manual and automatic GTAW. * Perform welding in accordance with approved welding procedures. * Lay out, position, align, and fit components together in accordance with Engineering provided drawings or schematics. * Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding. * Assemble parts by bolting and riveting. * Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. * Handle both ferrous and non ferrous materials. * Cleaning welds - Acetone and buffing. ADDITIONAL: * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED: * Basic computer skills with Microsoft 365 or similar software. * Basic knowledge of air tools and grinders. * Ability to read a tape measure. DESIRED: * Ability to pass automatic GTAW welder performance qualification test on small bore stainless steel tubing. * Knowledge and understanding of GTAW manual and automatic welding equipment, including power supply, welding torch, gas equipment, and hand tools. * Experience welding ferrous materials. * Experience with Swagelok autogenous welding. This program combines in shop instruction with practical, on-the-job training, ensuring that mechanics are well-prepared for the demands and complexities of well servicing operations in challenging environments. Distribution Systems Intern - Brunswick EMC Brunswick EMC - 795 Ocean Hwy W, Supply, NC 28462 Division: Power Supply Summary Description: The Distribution Systems Intern will work alongside distribution cooperative engineering staff to learn the operations and responsibilities that bring classroom learning to life. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in power systems, through analytical desktop work, as well as field experience. Coordination with the local electric cooperative provides exposure to the entire spectrum of the power industry, including renewable energy resources such as solar and battery storage, traditional generation facilities, and hands-on engineering experience at a distribution electric cooperative. Prior interns coordinated projects involving data analysis and reporting, equipment maintenance and installation, new powerline staking, warehouse operations and work planning, communications and system protection relay coordination, and high-level programming. Academic and Trade Qualifications: Pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree with an interest in power systems or control systems. Ideally students should be enrolled in or have taken course work related to electric power or control systems and be familiar with three-phase power concepts and entering their Junior or Senior level course work. Work Experience: No prior industry work experience required. Experience with SCADA operations, SEL RTACs, relays, and metering is a plus. Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of Brunswick EMC staff to complete project assignments. Coordinate project assignments, milestones, and deadlines with the Brunswick EMC team.
