Summary: The Pipeliner can work independently to repair and maintain all pipelines and appurtenances and performs work incidental to the daily operation and maintenance of pump stations and delivery facilities and is the primary responder to all one calls, normal and emergency, in the designated area. Responsible for right-of-way maintenance including line-marking as needed. This role has an entry pay rate of $28.96 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below: * Performs duties related to general pipeline construction and maintenance such as, but not limited to digging ditches, clearing right-of-way, coating pipe, building and repairing fences. * Work also involves running scrapers, operating small portable pumps and repairing pipeline leaks. This position also installs right-of-way signs and markers and provides inspection of contract employees performing maintenance activities. * Does general maintenance of station grounds such as mowing, trimming, and cutting weeds. Loads and unloads heavy materials related to pipeline equipment. * Operates Company vehicles up to 10,000 GVW such as trucks and tractors. Also uses pipe saws, hot-tap machines etc. as directed. Cleans office and shop facilities. * Interfaces with landowners, reads maps, locates lines and performs one calls. * Responsible for helping maintain safe and healthful working conditions by exercising sound judgment and complying with safety regulations and standards. * Performs relief gauging and tank inspection requiring working at heights up to 50 feet above ground level. * As directed, relieves in all higher-rated hourly classifications where qualified normally within that respective work area. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor Special Considerations: * Must reside within 45 miles of reporting location. The described job duties are a framework in which work will be assigned. This description is not inclusive of all responsibilities or job assignments. This position will require extended off-hour duties at times. The requirements for this position are listed below: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year service as a Pipeliner or five years relevant industry experience. * Must be able to work overtime as assigned and respond to emergency response activities as needed. * Must be self-reliant, dependable, and able to maintain harmonious working relations with co-workers. * Must write legibly, maintain neat appearance, be accurate in math, and maintain a good safety attitude and record. * The ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and perform heavy physical labor in a safe manner. * Must be able to perform heavy physical work, and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner. * A good knowledge of a variety of hand and power tools and operate with them in a safe manner. * Must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence to operate various classes of equipment. Primary Responsibilities: Under general supervision of Terminal Supervisor, the terminal operator is responsible for operating all Terminal equipment in connection with receiving, storing, transferring, and loading of petroleum products. * Gauge storage tanks and take meter readings for all products on a daily basis * Calculate and input all product inventories and meter readings into appropriate systems * Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of product inventories and thru-puts * Perform facility maintenance on office building, assets, vegetation, as needed * Perform the safe loading of petroleum products onto barges * Travel to various crude facilities with little notice to effectively assist crude terminals across the organization * Take product samples as required and performs/log required Quality Control tests * Perform and log all scheduled maintenance and compliance inspections * Ensures that all Terminal equipment are functioning properly and report failures to supervisor * Performs daily walk around inspections to identify potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained * Issues work permits to contractors performing work at Terminal. This includes ensuring that pre-job safety meetings, lockout - tag-out, confined space entry, and gas tech monitoring requirements are met for all work performed at the Terminal; during the project, correcting or stopping all unsafe acts or conditions not in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures by any party entering the facility * Remain knowledgeable of, able and prepared to enact and coordinate the Emergency Response activities until relieved by supervisor or management personnel * Communicates product outages and equipment downtime to supervisor, customers, and other impacted parties in a prompt fashion Minimum Requirements: * A High School Graduate, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Effectively communicate with peers and management of various levels * Self-starter able work with little or no supervision * Carry a pager or cell phone allowing for shift hold over or shift reassignment, as well as call out at all hours * Able to use basic hand tools and operate basic product testing equipment * Proficient in mathematics and able to perform all required calculations * Proficient with Microsoft Suite * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license for state of residence * Able to notice subtle Color differences in product samples * Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather, perform heavy physical labor in a safe manner, and climb heights in excess of 60 ft. * In order to perform the essential duties, regular work attendance is required * Must be willing and able to work as a part of team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize work schedules, focus attention to details, and follow work rules

LOCATION: Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position. Duties And Responsibilities ESSENTIAL: * Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding. * Set up equipment and weld parts using manual and automatic GTAW. * Perform welding in accordance with approved welding procedures. * Lay out, position, align, and fit components together in accordance with Engineering provided drawings or schematics. * Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding. * Assemble parts by bolting and riveting. * Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. * Handle both ferrous and non ferrous materials. * Cleaning welds - Acetone and buffing. ADDITIONAL: * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED: * Basic computer skills with Microsoft 365 or similar software. * Basic knowledge of air tools and grinders. * Ability to read a tape measure. DESIRED: * Ability to pass automatic GTAW welder performance qualification test on small bore stainless steel tubing. * Knowledge and understanding of GTAW manual and automatic welding equipment, including power supply, welding torch, gas equipment, and hand tools. * Experience welding ferrous materials. * Experience with Swagelok autogenous welding. Mechanics will develop the essential skills required to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment used in well servicing operations, including drilling rigs, pump trucks, and other mechanical systems specific to the oilfield environment. This program combines in shop instruction with practical, on-the-job training, ensuring that mechanics are well-prepared for the demands and complexities of well servicing operations in challenging environments. Key Objectives: * Equip participants with the technical skills required to service, maintain, and repair well servicing equipment. * Develop proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in well servicing operations. * Ensure a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations specific to well servicing and oilfield operations. * Prepare mechanics for key industry certifications and qualifications, such as Well Servicing Operator and API (American Petroleum Institute) certifications. Job Summary This position is responsible for the mechanical servicing and upkeep of all equipment. Incumbent performs routine scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshoots problems and performs necessary repairs under close supervision and according to company operating procedures in a safe manner. This position has a dotted line reporting line to: Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: * Performs diagnosis for problems on various types of oil well service equipment based on reports from the field, using the appropriate diagnostic tests and interpreting the results. * Performs required repairs based on troubleshooting mechanical equipment. * Performs routine scheduled maintenance work including overhauling engines and transmissions. * May repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, belts, conveyors, fans, air conditioners, etc. * May disassemble machines and repair or replace broken parts, clean and lubricate parts. * May adjust functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary. * May perform preventive maintenance inspection, including DOT annual inspections. * May work in the shop or in the field depending on work assignments or work location. * May be trained on the job with respect to rig operation and company rig operating procedures, and also other specialized training on the subject of Hazard conditions. * Performs other related duties as assigned. * Wears proper safety equipment on the job (when applicable): * Goggles, face shields or safety glasses * Ear plugs/muffs * Steel toed boots * Hard hats * Safety belts * Anti-fall devices * SCBA (Self-contained Breathing Apparatus) * H2S detectors * Slicker or tyvek chemical suits * Gloves * FR uniforms Preferred Qualifications: * One (1) year or more of work experience as a mechanic or a similar capacity. * Must have a Class C license or valid CDL A or B driver's license depending on the vehicle required to drive. * Basic knowledge and skills in well service equipment/vehicle repair or preventive maintenance. * Must have skills in rebuilding, inspecting and repairing equipment, including hydraulic, electrical and overhauling engines and transmissions. * Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. * Ability to demonstrate safe work habits and work well with others. * Must pass post-employment drug/alcohol urinalysis. * Must pass post-offer "Essential Job Functions Test." * Must pass DOT drug test and physical by state and federal government DOT, if required. Education Requirements: * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Certification from trade or technical school in maintenance or repair highly preferred.
