Occupational Health Responsibilities * Coordinate the implementation of lead exposure control measures, including engineering controls, administrative policies, and PPE enforcement. * Conduct noise level monitoring and coordinate annual audiometric testing programs. * Support ventilation system evaluations and recommend improvements to maintain air quality and regulatory compliance. * Serve as the facility point of contact for emergency response planning, and fire safety. Training & Employee Engagement * Develop, coordinate, and conduct Health & Safety training programs, including new hire orientation, annual refresher courses, and specialized safety topics. * Lead toolbox talks and engages production employees in proactive safety discussions. * Facilitate and participate in the Safety Committee, First Responder teams, and behavioral safety initiatives. * Collaborate with supervisors and employees to promote a culture of safety through continuous improvement initiatives. Job Purpose The Tool and Die Technician serves as a technical expert responsible for ensuring the precision, performance, and reliability of tooling and dies across production operations. This role leads troubleshooting, fabrication, and improvement efforts to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
