Job Purpose Paste and stack quality grid plates to ensure continuous line production Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Complete equipment set-up/changeover configurations * Paste quality plates/grids to current production standards * Observe pasting operation and clear jams as required * Maintain control of product quality * Make necessary machine adjustments * No supervisory responsibilities * All other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. * Ability to do basic math. * Ability to read, write, and understand the local language. * Possess a valid forklift driver's license. Job Purpose The Maintenance Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance team. This position involves overseeing the work of Maintenance Technicians, giving direction to ensure the achievement of production targets, equipment availability, efficient operations, and meeting PM and TPM goals while maintaining 5S throughout the facility. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while leading by example. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Leadership and Mentorship: Leading, guiding, and mentoring Maintenance Technicians in their daily tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. Shift schedules and assignments may include working on nights, weekends and days traditionally recognized as holidays. Qualifications Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. Advanced education preferred, such as but not limited to, a 2-year technical degree or certification. * Proven experience in a leadership role within a maintenance environment overseeing a team. * Proficient in Allen Bradley, programmable logic control (PLC), factory talk panel view software, and Fanuc robot controllers and servos required. * Displayed ability to perform standard maintenance tasks typically obtained through no less than five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician: * proficient use of a voltmeter, * use of a meg-ohmmeter to check for shorted motors or bad electrical wiring/heaters, * understanding of Chillers, cooling Towers, Bag Houses and Air Handler Operations, * proficient use of cutting torch, stick, tig, and mig welder, * understand, support and work within a Preventative Maintenance system - particularly scheduling, work order, and documentation systems, * ability to read electrical schematics, * working knowledge of PLC inputs and outputs, * can identify faulty pneumatic valves and cylinders using schematics, * Working within a fast-paced, system-controlled, and process-driven work environment is preferred. * Displayed ability to do basic math - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating percentages. * Displayed ability to read and write, understand and interpret instructions and manuals, drawings, and schematics, as well as standard operating procedures. * Possess or able to obtain a forklift operator license. * Ability to be qualified for safe and compliant use and maintenance of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). To include a fit-tested respirator, PAPR, steel-toed shoes, safety eye wear and hearing protection. Job Purpose The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precision components that meet exact specifications. This role ensures high-quality output, machine reliability, and adherence to safety standards. The CNC Machinist collaborates with engineering and production teams, troubleshoots machining issues, and drives continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines. * Create and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAM software. * Perform inspections with precision instruments to ensure tolerances. * Maintain safety compliance and organized work area (5S principles). * Collaborate on process improvements and new product launches. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree in machining or manufacturing preferred. * 5+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a production environment. * Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting. * Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models. * Skilled in precision measurement and quality control practices. * Familiarity with lean manufacturing, TPM, and 5S principles. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to safely use PPE, including safety eyewear, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.
