Mr. Stanton E. Ross is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Ally Inc. From March 1992 to June 2005, Mr. Ross was the Chairman and President of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc., a publicly held oil and gas exploration and development company (“Infinity”), and served as an officer and director of each of Infinity’s subsidiaries.
