Director, Patient Engagement and Recruitment Center
The director of a Meridian Patient Engagement and Recruitment Center (call center) is responsible for planning and executing the call center operations. Core duties include management and leadership of processes for the continuous improvement of the company's recruitment department. Tactical emphasis is on patient customer service and scheduling, quality management, workforce planning, recruiting, coaching, and training.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage and hold accountable all call center employees
· Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of customer service calls, appointment scheduling, and handling of medical records.
· Continuously engage in leading and inspiring the recruitment team and developing and documenting best practices in the performances of all duties and responsibilities.
Create and implement recruitment tools
· Develop and maintain effective call center quality assurance, fostering continuous improvement and exceeding sponsor and organizational expectations.
· Manage metrics, ensuring sponsor and patient satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
· Provide high quality services while meeting contracted goals, improving call performance and the adaptation of new proven technologies to increase efficiency.

What you will do

The Director, Enterprise Engagement Marketing position focuses on driving Enterprise Demand Marketing strategies and business performance analysis across our B2B client base of employers and health plans. This role is to lead the efforts to develop and execute on WWHD's strategy via client positioning to increase member enrollment/acquisition and retention via a multi-pronged, creative, data-driven approach. This role will work closely with the Enterprise Demand Marketing team and own end-to-end identification of needs, risks and execution of marketing assets and client level business performance. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of WWHD's strategy to increase member enrollments/acquisition and retention. This person will have a growth mindset, working diligently to lead activities that drive towards meeting or exceeding the business's revenue growth goals. Keeping the user journey and experience at the forefront, this role will focus on channel performance and optimizing each communication touchpoint of the member journey, all while being creative in unlocking new strategies. They will consistently strive to improve KPIs associated with the full member enrollment and retention journey.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Marketing and Business Performance, and will be responsible for managing a team of Client Engagement Specialists, a client-facing team focused on driving the planning and execution of marketing strategies within WWHD's client and prospect portfolio. This team will work hand-in-hand with Client Success and Commercial Sales to bridge the gap between prospect/client needs and marketing strategy to further inform best practices and opportunities to grow member acquisition and retention.

The Director, Enterprise Engagement Marketing will be an active member of the WWHD extended leadership team and will be required to effectively navigate complexities and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. This role will be responsible for managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
