Jeff Davis is chairman, president and chief executive officer for Perficient. As CEO, Jeff leads daily business operations, and directs the development and execution of the company's global growth strategy and initiatives. Under Jeff's leadership, Perficient consistently has delivered operating metrics among the industry's best and has been routinely recognized with high-profile partner, industry and growth and performance awards, including being named the 15th-fastest growing public company in the United States by Fortune in 2007. During Jeff's tenure, Perficient has added more than 2,000 colleagues and greater than $400 million in annual revenues, transitioned from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market to the Nasdaq Global Select Market, and been added to both the Russell 2000 and S&P SmallCap 600 indexes. Prior to Perficient, Jeff was the chief operating officer at Vertecon, a company Perficient acquired in 2001. Before Vertecon, Jeff was a senior manager and member of the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for defining and managing internal processes, while managing business development and delivery of all products, services and solutions to a number of large accounts. Jeff also served in leadership positions at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management Consulting practice and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and Mallinckrodt, Inc. Jeff is an active member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis and a member of the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business advisory board. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.

Ron Daugherty is President and CEO of Daugherty Business Solutions, which he founded in 1985. Under Ron’s leadership, Daugherty has become a leading provider of solutions in the areas of enterprise planning, digital engagement, agile transformation, technology optimization, IoT and mobile applications, big data, and analytics for major corporations. Ron has led the growth and development of additional branch offices and development centers in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New York, and St. Louis with Daugherty now employing over 1,500 IT and business consultants. Today, Ron devotes much of his time to meetings with senior business executives discussing his vision for achieving business results through technology and helping build Business/IT partnerships. He has presented to a number of groups on topics including Strategic Planning, Leadership, and encouraging young people to pursue technology careers. Before starting Daugherty, Ron worked as a Systems Analyst for McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing), Monsanto and Emerson Electric Company. He received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas - Jonesboro and did graduate work in applied automation at the University of Missouri - Columbia. In 2012, Ron was presented by the Gateway Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation the Alan A. and Edith L. Wolff Inspiration Award and currently serves on its board. This award is given to the Saint Louis region’s most active and inspiring leaders and organizations who have made a remarkable difference in the local community through philanthropic involvement. Ron also serves on the board of The Magic House and just finished five years on the board for the United Way of Greater St. Louis. A former Golden Gloves amateur boxing champion, Ron’s hobbies include blues harmonica, equestrian sports, and fencing. In 2017, Ron represented the United States in the Pan American Games hosted in St. Thomas Virgin Islands winning the Gold Medal in the Men’s Foil competition.
