Senior (experience >15 years) Industrial Project Management Permanent Full - Time What You Can Expect As the Head of Project Delivery, you will provide strategic leadership for a rolling portfolio of projects, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Leading a team of two to five direct reports, including Project Managers, Field Managers, Quality Managers, Pre-Construction Managers, and Commissioning Managers--you will set strategic directions and deliver tactical guidance to ensure scopes, schedules, and budgets are achieved and managed for success.
You will shape strategic project objectives and oversee execution from late-stage development through final pre-construction and construction. This includes contributing to pre-engineering and constructability reviews, contractor pre-qualification to secure optimal project execution. Throughout, you will ensure safety, quality, cost, environmental, landowner, and legal requirements are met or exceeded while delivering on project goals.
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for projects from late-stage development through the final development phase, approximately 6-12 months before the start of construction
* Support the Pre-Construction Department by actively participating in the contracting RFP process for assigned projects through contract execution
* Manage integration between development and construction execution functions for committed projects
* Provide tactical leadership for the preparation and maintenance of detailed project execution strategies, including contracting strategies, construction plans, schedules, and budgets
* Ensure successful project execution by implementing construction management tools and best practices for each project
* Oversee the balance-of-plant process, preparation of turbine installation bid documents, and the Request for Proposal process, and assist with the negotiation of construction contracts
* Provide leadership during construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, environmental, landowner, and other project requirements are met or exceeded
What You'll Bring
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related technical field
* At least 15 years of experience in utility scale energy, including renewable energy or industrial construction or capital project management
* Expertise in construction management for large projects, including contract management, procurement, supply chain, environmental, building permitting, and transportation logistics
* Knowledge of U.S and Canada construction labor relations and familiarity with industry standards and codes, including UBC, IBC, ACI, AISC, CRSI, NFPA, and ANSI
* Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and drawings in AutoCAD, GIS, and other relevant software, as well as land surveying methods, aerial photography, mapping (including UTM and NAD coordinate systems), and geospatial references
* Experience with project and construction management software platforms such as Procore and Microsoft Project Online
* Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, performing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, organizational commitment, and confidentiality

* This role is in Broomfield; CO, with a hybrid in-office schedule; remote work is not available
* Must be available to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time by airplane and car
* Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record for the use of company or rental vehicles, with ability to drive to offsite meetings and or site locations

Compensation
Salary Range: $225,000 - $325,000 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for scheduled and remedial (break-fix) service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units & Battery system products (2-120KVA) serviced by Vertiv, commensurate with appropriate classroom and on-the-job training. Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of formulation from raw materials and understanding of the true costs of products.
Must possess extensive knowledge of pigment and coating selection and capabilities.
Must have advanced knowledge of color formulations.
