    What we are looking for Strong mechanical and electrical background in testing and troubleshooting Engineering knowledge with a strong understanding of component function and testing. Effective written/verbal communication skills, presentation skills and technical writing skills (procedures, reports, etc.). Problem solving and troubleshooting skills and analytical calculation skills. Knowledge of accuracy analyses, instrumentation calibration theory and tolerance stack-ups. Solid knowledge of physical systems and the physics thereof. Limited exposure to analytic, modeling, and/or design software/tools as appropriate. Associate degree in Technical/Science or International equivalent required. Prefer a candidate with 5 or more years of experience in a lab environment. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
