PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE * Review and analyze Preventative Maintenance (PM) agreements for accuracy of service intervals and consumable parts. * Source required parts for PM services and route by location. * Schedule service personnel to perform PM services with an effort to ensure optimum routing efficiency utilizing system reports and scheduling (4) weeks ahead. * Monitor 'ready to schedule' queue for all preventative maintenance orders and schedule these orders within 24 hours of notification. * Notify customer within that 24-hour period of the scheduled date of work. QUOTING * Review all 'revisit' / 'needs more work' jobs via NetSuite reports to determine next steps. * Obtain vendor pricing and availability for all repair requests. * Generate repair proposals with lead times. * Source repair parts from vendors for approved work. * Communicate with customers to update status of parts availability and scheduled work in a timely manner. Communication with customers must be made weekly with customers as a minimum. * Schedule service personnel to perform repairs with an effort to ensure optimum routing efficiency. * Notify customers and confirm their readiness within a 24-hour period of the scheduled date of work once parts order is complete and staged.
