What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in designing mechanical components and systems. Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and FEA tools. Excellent communication and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and schedules. Capability to fabricate prototype parts and systems with minimal guidance. Experience with PLC programming and automation. Familiarity with data acquisition hardware and software.
