General Summary: The Test Engineer II is a key contributor on an Agile delivery team, responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of software solutions through a thoughtful balance of manual and automated testing. This role partners closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to validate new and enhanced functionality across complex systems and integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in improving how testing is done, not just executing what already exists. Experience with Salesforce is helpful but not required; candidates who have stood up, evolved, or meaningfully contributed to test automation frameworks will be well positioned to succeed in this role.
