What You'll Do:
As a Project Engineer, you will serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to support the information flow of the project. You will accomplish project objectives by helping plan, implement, evaluate, and manage many project activities including, but not limited to, the following:
Support the Project Manager with estimating, budget development, and pre-construction activities.
Keep drawings and specifications current, distribute updates to subs.
Issue RFIs to design team, track updates, coordinate responses with the Project Manager.
Distribute project schedule and look-ahead schedule to subs and suppliers.
Prepare and distribute bid outline to subs, track distribution of plans and receipt of subcontractor quotes, prepare initial bid analysis for review.
Prepare submittals based on Construction Documents and specifications.
Track and maintain all approved submittals.
Record and distribute meeting notes, track and facilitate progress on action items.
Support Superintendent with compliance and safety with weekly toolbox talks, regular site walks, tracking and documentation.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Engineering, etc) required.
1+ years of construction experience working for a general contractor (internships included).
Experience building luxury custom homes and/or large commercial projects is preferred.
Experience building in mountainous regions is preferred.
Demonstrated familiarity with a project schedule and budget.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, hold yourself and others accountable, and proactively solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency with Procore or other construction management software preferred.

About the Role:
The BMS (Building Management System) / EPMS (Electrical Power Management System) Controls Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and management of critical control systems for next-generation data centers and infrastructure. You'll own the full lifecycle of these systems - from design through installation, optimization, and maintenance - ensuring reliable, efficient operations at scale.
This role requires a deep understanding of control systems, energy optimization, and data-driven decision making, with the ability to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
What You'll Be Working On
Lead design and development of BMS/EPMS controls for data center design, commissioning, and operations
Integrate controls across HVAC, electrical, and monitoring systems
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to define scope, manage deliverables, and drive successful installations
Optimize BMS operations for energy efficiency and reliability
Perform audits, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements
Leverage system data for insights, reporting, and efficiency strategies
Mentor and lead a team of engineers and technicians; create training programs to upskill the team
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals
Integrate renewable energy and energy-saving measures into BMS strategy
What You'll Bring
Experience in a hyperscale data center environment
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master's or certifications such as CEM, LEED, BAS Technician are a plus)
Significant experience in BMS/EPMS, controls engineering, or critical infrastructure systems, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in HVAC, electrical systems, PLCs, DDCs, and industrial controls
Proficiency with platforms like Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara, or Ignition
Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, LonWorks
Demonstrated success leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven problem-solving skills with innovative approaches to complex challenges
Passion for using data to optimize performance and efficiency

Job Title: Facilities Engineer - Junior General understanding of building systems in disciplines such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, instrumentation and controls, or building envelope systems.
Understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements, and ability to interpret them.
Experience with computer operation including the ability to use common office (for example, Microsoft Office) and specialized software applications (i.e., computer-aided design/CAD).
Ability and skills to perform methodical tasks is required.
Professional knowledge of and familiarity with facilities engineering and maintenance.
Experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam software is preferred.
General Duties/Tasks:
Support the day-to-day physical operation and maintenance of the existing observatory network (14 in total).
Support tasks related to the design, planning, and execution of new magnetic observatories.
Gathering data for facilities reports, plans, and projects.
Assisting with market research and the preparation of project Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and Environmental documents.
Assisting the facility manager (FM) with preparation and submittal of purchase requests.
Assisting the FM with property inventory.
Coordinating scheduling and completion of annual maintenance tasks (for example, generator, HVAC, septic, etc. servicing) with vendors and onsite contractors.
Working with the FM to address facilities problems by recommending solutions and implementation plans.
Assisting with the preparation of background documents in advance of comprehensive condition assessments (CCA) and reviewing draft CCA reports for accuracy.
Creating basic drawing and schematics in support of Program projects.
Reviewing facilities documents and plans for accuracy.
Act as a point of contact and information resource when FM is unavailable.
Maintaining documentation related to any projects or procedures generated or modified.
Reporting (written and verbal) on accomplishments and discussion of upcoming work, including problems.
Documenting project tasks clearly and continually updating progress.
