Support new product introductions by defining process requirements, developing documentation, designing tooling, and validating new processes. Manage capital projects involving new machinery, automation, and facility upgrades, working directly with vendors and contractors. Create, maintain, and modify PLC and MMI programs. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce labor, improve ergonomics, and enhance process consistency. Redesign and re-engineer machine components to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
