We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team, focused on developing innovative, high-efficiency equipment. Bring ideas to life by designing and developing advanced mechanical and process equipment from initial concept through full-scale production. You'll play a hands-on role in creating high-performance machinery built for reliability, efficiency, and long-term use in demanding production environments. What You'll Do:
Design and develop mechanical equipment and systems using SolidWorks, creating detailed 3D models and drawings with precise GD&T
Perform engineering calculations and analyses to ensure performance in demanding operating environments
Partner with engineers, manufacturing teams, and customers to optimize system design and performance
Support prototype builds and oversee testing to validate throughput, consistency, and uptime
Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements to enhance build quality and reduce cost
Create clear technical documentation, including BOMs, manuals, and specifications
Ensure designs meet applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot field issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous design improvements
