Overseeing and providing day-to-day guidance to subcontractors and their hourly trade employees. Assisting with punch process as directed by site management. Submitting notifications of inadequate cleanup with pictures to responsible subcontractor and ensuring situations are resolved. Our Ideal Candidate: Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience: At least 1 year of construction experience required. Relevant internships or equivalent hands-on experience in construction may also be considered to meet this requirement. Foundational knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and plan reading. Exposure to construction scheduling, cost tracking, and job site safety practices. Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar construction software is a plus. We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our fast-growing Engineering team. You will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that the projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Job Description We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our fast-growing Engineering team. You will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that the projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
