As an Earned Value Management Cost Accounting Manager (CAM), the OPM is responsible for setting up and tracking labor baselines, as well as evaluating Risks & Opportunities. The OPM will develop and execute manufacturing program plans and schedules to ensure successful execution of production with correct staffing levels.
