Essential Functions:
Perform Home Energy Audits in accordance with New Construction RESNET/Energy Star Guidelines including but not limited to:

Quality and installation of duct work, insulation, framing, air sealing, ventilation, etc.

Actively develop relationships with builders and code officials through effective and professional communication

Complete all other assigned third-party inspections, as needed, with the designated geographical area
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree or Vocational Certificate in the Skilled Trades Industry is required
HERS Rater, Energy Star, Green Building, ACCA 310 HVAC Grading, IECC, HVAC EPA, BPI, and LEED Certifications are a plus!
2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction is helpful.

Dexcom's Therapeutics, Diagnostics, and Insights (TDI) team, based in Charlottesville, Virginia, is responsible for developing user- and clinician-facing algorithmic features that enhance the therapeutic value of Dexcom's world-class CGM products. The scope of innovation within TDI includes personalized self-care insights, diagnostics, and prescriptive therapeutics, spanning the entire spectrum of metabolic health from normal metabolism, pre-diabetes, early-stage type 2 diabetes, and extends through to type 1 and insulin dependent type 2 diabetes. Assist in the preparation of engineering planning schedules and cost estimates
Complete field observation, inspection, and data collection dutie
Communicate with client staff and internal design team; and
Communicate results/recommendations to the general public.
Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
Ideal candidates would have between two and six years of experience in Transportation / Traffic Engineering and Planning
Synchro/SIDRA/HCS proficiency is essential
Knowledge of Traffic Analyses, Planning Studies, Traffic Safety, Traffic Forecasting, Traffic Signal Design, ITS Design, and/or Traffic Signal Timing is preferred
Bicycle/pedestrian/multi-modal project experience preferred
Basic CAD and/or GIS knowledge preferred
Experience working with DOT and/or localities; and
PE/EIT preferred.
