Establishes and maintains effective liaison with the Honolulu Fire Inspector. Reviews construction plans and proposals by outside agencies to mitigate any conflicts with the existing gas network. Provides consultation and assists in coordination with contractors working near buried gas facilities. Prepares response letters to requests for plan reviews from other utilities, contractors, architects and developers. Assists Manager in maintaining the Tank Management Program (TMP). Perform audits of facilities; process MOC submittals, update drawings and documentation. Assists in the preparation of standards, policies, and procedures to conform with federal and local codes and company standards. Keeps abreast of technological changes and developments in the industry and works with respective departments to implement viable changes. Proficient in the MS Office suite of tools (Word and Excel), MS Project. Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation: Valid driver's license.
