Develop, update and monitor job progress using QMS program, including scheduling, estimating and budgeting to ensure that construction of project parallels with schedule.

Communicate effectively with customer, direct consultants and subcontractors on the project(s).
Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray's safety program on site.

SHIFT / SCHEDULE
Test Engineers are required to work 12-hour shifts on one of the following schedules (we are hiring for multiple engineer vacancies - across all 4 shifts):
401 Shift: (days) 6:00AM to 6:00PM - Sunday through Tuesday, and Sunday through Wednesday every other week.
402 Shift: (nights) 6:00PM to 6:00AM - Sunday through Tuesday, and Sunday through Wednesday every other week.
403 Shift: (days) 6:00AM to 6:00PM - Thursday through Saturday, and Wednesday through Saturday every other week.
404 Shift: (nights) 6:00PM to 6:00AM - Thursday through Saturday, and Wednesday through Saturday every other week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in failure analysis and system-level testing within a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Linux Terminal and Bash scripting, including the ability to train others on Linux fundamentals. Intermediate programming skills in both Bash and Python. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and its application to data-driven troubleshooting and decision-making.
A combination of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is required; experience with high-level assembly and hardware integration is strongly preferred.

Hardware and Firmware Integration: BIOS, POST, PCIe, BMC (~15%)
Configure and validate BIOS settings to support debug workflows, hardware integration, and test case execution across complex server builds.
Troubleshoot system failures during POST (Power-On Self-Test), resolve boot sequence errors, and ensure firmware compatibility across diverse configurations.
Analyze and resolve issues at the PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) level, including link training failures, lane enumeration, and interconnect interoperability challenges.

Applications Engineer will lead complex projects that design-in LINAK products into customer applications. They will provide technical and application assistance to other functional groups and customers.
Major Responsibilities:
Work closely with our sales staff and customers to provide technical support for specific market segments, which includes both mechanical, electronic, and software products produced at LINAK or third parties
Work closely with the sales engineering staff at LINAK, including A/S, LCN and other LINAK entities, as it pertains to customer concerns, sales questions and/or specific product issues.
Provides COMPETENT application support for a singular SBU, advanced trouble shooting, application redesign, and co-development of new application and testing procedures.
Uses LINAK technology to initiate product and application innovation.
Competent-Advanced in SBU specific products; understands what can be done in terms of specials and how to implement special product development.
Moderate level of (30-50%) direct customer communications
Lead the transition of new complex customer projects to the production environment including coordination, testing, and advise to sales on all prototype systems along with “first run” production orders
Create/implement project plans for complex projects with cross-functional team as required from the specific SBU.
Conducts/Organizes FAI, PPAP, and set test.
Be a customer/product liaison for other functional teams as required from the specific SBU.
Assist in training Applications Engineer I and other related roles as necessary.
Input/resource on external projects of high complexity.
Leads small to med complexity projects.
Assists sales/SBU in identifying new customers (VoC, spec creation, and new product needs); may partake in customer interactions.
Able to identify product gaps and weaknesses versus competition.
Relays pertinent market intel to SBU.
Assists SBU and marketing with technical details related to product management.
Local assigned SBU product SME for sales and customer questions.
Travel as it pertains to tradeshows, customer visits, and product training at LINAK A/S.
Communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.
All other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering as a minimum.
Comprehensive electronic/mechanical aptitude and detail orientation are required.
Previous experience (2-5 years) in applications engineering, technical sales, or project management is required.
Satisfactory completion of Basic and Advance Product Training required.
Demonstrated expertise in a particular product and SBU applications.
Working knowledge of project management philosophy is preferred.
Experience with customer visits and building customer relationships is required.
Applications Engineers II must demonstrate detail orientation, good communication skills, and basic leadership skills.

As a Electrical Engineer, on the Power Systems Studies group you will work directly with some of the world's largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will serve as an electrical engineer on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Experience in performing short circuit analysis and producing arc flash studies is required. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients. You may travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.

WebSphere Integration Engineer (Entry)
Purpose of the Position:
To extract functional and technical requirements, document, develop, test and implement interfaces using the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Suite of Products. This includes input to solutions designed by the ESB Architecture team as well as providing ongoing support to the ESB Infrastructure team when appropriate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary duties are to use but not an exhaustive list include the primary tools of WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, Web Services, Message Queue File Transfer Edition, and to implement interfaces in support of organizations within the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) environment as well as interfaces with external partners.
The ESB Developer converts requirements within architecture documents into functional and technical specifications.
The ESB Developer will code, test, and implement interfaces based on these specifications.
As needed, the ESB Developer will assist the Infrastructure Team to establish any new ESB product installations for new partners.
The Developer also writes Production Support documents to transition ongoing support to the Infrastructure team.
