Set up and maintain a robust archive system for production-related documents using a PDM system. Identify and log opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs to improve profitability. Quality Control: Assist in monitoring and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Support in conducting inspections and quality assurance activities. Procurement: Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases comply with project specifications and budget constraints. Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior engineers and leadership, highlighting key issues, risks, and achievements. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL TRAITS Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 2-5 years or more of experience in an engineering role or internship experience in a related field. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit or similar). Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Working knowledge and experience within an ERP/MRP system. Experience with system integration process a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
