Job Responsibilities: Consults with operations, maintenance, technical, and business development personnel to generate and support capital projects. Manages multiple capital projects including client Capex, Shared Capex, and Dow projects. Prepares cost and schedule estimates, makes recommendations as to the methodology, equipment, and material requirements.
