With multiple new programs ramping up beginning in 2026, this role will be instrumental in preparing the manufacturing facility for increased production across several global airline customers. This is a project-focused position supporting manufacturing readiness, process development, and successful program execution in a growing, dynamic environment. This is an onsite role in Medley, FL and may be eligible for relocation. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
