The Senior AI Platform Engineer will design, build, and operate production AI systems that power platform experiences: RAG pipelines, model endpoints, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and multi tenant AI services published through a developer hub/marketplace.
How You Will Make an Impact:
* Lead end to end AI solutioning: problem framing, data sourcing, labeling strategy, model/LLM selection, and safety considerations.

Minimum Requirements:

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday at the Jockey Distribution Center in Cooleemee, NC, near Mocksville, NC in Davie County a Piedmont Triad Community. The employee will perform Engineering duties relative to Production Incentive Rate setting, Labor Management (LMS) and Warehouse Management (WMS) system maintenance. Assist with AutoCAD facility drawings, and various Project Management tasks. This is a Warehouse environment and may require standing/walking the majority of some days.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Analyze direct labor activities to determine best practice methods
Perform time-studies that include work effort grading, data collection, and Excel workbook entry.
Document standard operating procedures for the management team as a training guide
Maintain all aspects of the LMS regarding Labor rates and Reporting
Configure WMS data for Job Function creation and proper Program integration
Assist with major Equipment and Software Project Management
Assist with updating facility layouts using AutoCAD LT
Provide LMS and WMS technical support to other areas within the distribution operation.
Assist with Safety and Ergonomic programs within the DC
Work with Corporate Planning on new Item setup
Learn duties of the Payroll Associate to act as back-up for payroll entry
Work with vendors on cost savings for Expense and Capital purchases
Other job duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering
Experience with time study and methods analysis
Experience using WMS & LMS systems
Experience with AutoCAD or similar drawing program
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering Technology.
At least one year of experience.
Sound analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skillful in MS Word and Excel workbooks.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
