Work with the Project Delivery department or CM for start-up and vendor testing. Witness and troubleshoot as required.
Primary responsibilities include C/Q/V of equipment and systems, including CSV and automation, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
Read, understand, and utilize the IPS Best Practices and SOPs for the delivery of compliance services
Perform work to meet IPS budget requirements and quality standards. Provide consistent, complete, and timely feedback and reports to IPS project leaders, project managers, or management, of project status and issues, as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

What Skills You Need:

This role focuses on the design, analysis, and substantiation of aircraft interior modifications (STC projects) and requires strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and analyze aircraft systems and components in support of interior modification projects (e.g., vacuum, water/waste, air conditioning, fire protection, oxygen systems).
Perform engineering analysis, substantiation, and certification activities.
Interpret and develop engineering drawings and documentation.
Develop work instructions and airworthiness compliance procedures.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support the FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) process.
Review and apply OEM manuals, including Structural Repair Manual (SRM), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
Travel domestically and internationally (approx. 10%) to support projects and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in design, analysis, substantiation, certification, drawing interpretation, and project management for aircraft systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs - Title 14, CFR).
Hands-on experience with Airbus and Boeing aircraft platforms.
Experience with STC certification projects and familiarity with FAA approval processes.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Prior exposure to VIP, commercial, or cargo interior modification projects.
Experience working directly with FAA representatives or DERs.
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000
