OTHER REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CHARACTERISTICS): * In-depth understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, backup solutions, and VOIP systems. * Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (GLBA, PCI-DSS, FFIEC) in the banking industry. * Must have quality customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and is a team player with the ability to work well independently as well as within teams. * Highly motivated. Must be able to work effectively with minimal oversight and supervision, but with the ability to keep management informed. * Effective communication skills, both orally in writing. Must be able to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand fashion to end users. Must be able to effectively communicate within the IT team, as well as with all levels in the organization and outside vendors. * Must possess excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at once.
