Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handles timely sample intake including receipt, identification, and storage; conducts assigned testing using appropriate methods, protocols, and equipment while adhering to test schedules such as stability pulls and aging pulls. Maintains inventory of lab supplies including PPE, wipes, cleaners, and testing chemicals; conducts routine sample disposition and coordinates hazardous waste disposal; keeps lab and storage areas clean and organized. Adheres to ZebraSci Quality Systems including timely identification and notification of potential Quality Events (OOS, Deviations, CAPA); follows established Standard Operating Procedures and makes recommendations for improvements. Reviews test results and drafts reports; reviews and may author test methods/protocols under supervision; works collaboratively with colleagues and staff; may draft equipment or lab documents like SLPs and LWIs under management supervision. Primary Responsibilities Improve our production processes, tools, and equipment to help achieve productivity targets Track, analyze, and use product and process data to identify opportunities to change the system to reduce rejects, down time, material costs, and labor hours Troubleshoot equipment and tooling problems; implement preventative measures and monitoring to reduce production downtime to a minimum.
