In this role, you and your team will directly influence the mac OS end-point management at Amazon. A day in the life
Review change requests and prioritize OS configuration tasks. Attend team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges. Test new configurations in sandbox environments, documenting issues and collaborating with the security team. Prepare and execute deployment plans, starting with non-critical systems. Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments. Respond to urgent configuration problems as they arise. Stay updated on OS patches and maintain accurate documentation. Prepare reports on deployment progress and plan future rollouts. Balance proactive improvements with reactive problem-solving to ensure optimal system performance. Continuously update knowledge and skills to keep pace with evolving OS technologies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration experience
