You will work alongside experienced cloud architects, data scientists, and other specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions. What You'll Do * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative and scalable application solutions on Google Cloud. * Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using modern software architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, Cloud Run). * Architect and implement solutions that integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing or new applications on Google Cloud, leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and related tools to enhance user experiences with features like intelligent search, personalized recommendations, automated content creation, and chatbots. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning. * Utilize a wide range of Google Cloud services, including but not limited to GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Datastore/Firestore, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery, to build robust and scalable applications. * Adapt existing applications to follow cloud-native best practices and leverage Google Cloud products and services for enhanced scalability, performance, and security. * Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and Google Cloud's security frameworks. * Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. * Stay up to date with the latest Google Cloud technologies and trends, contributing to the team's knowledge base and continuously improving the team's development practices. What You'll Bring * Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or other cloud-native languages. * Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes/GKE. * Solid understanding of modern software development principles, design patterns, and best practices for cloud-native applications. * Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on services like BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation in the context of Google Cloud applications. * Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure management. * Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while effectively engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance. * Experience with application lifecycle management, DevOps automation, and modern system integration patterns is a plus. * Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Cloud Architect) or willingness to obtain certification within a defined timeframe.
